Property was dirty and had a dead cockroach in corner of room. Carpets uncleaned and dusty. Staff on the first night we're unhelpful although on the second night the staff were good and wanted to help. The facilities are very basic and are heavily used. Unfortunately i wont be reterning.

Quiet M3 accomodation with good eating options
Very spacious clean room with great shower. Despite being at a Motorway services the room was surprisingly quiet. Good eating options including a Pizza Express restaurant in addition to the usual fast food outlets. Friendly and welcoming staff. The have swapped the bedside sockets for usb only, which whilst is a step forward over some, it would still be great to keep one of them as a three pin socket.

Good stay convenient as services on the doorstep
Great location to jump on M3 for business trip. Good size room and clean. As it is on services access to pizza express and other fast food outlets was extremely convenient.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Rooms were very dirty, no towels or soaps in the room. Toilet paper and roll left behind the bathroom door. Room was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Beds were haphazardly made and the mattresses were very heavy stained. Gentleman at the front counter was not very helpful when asking for towels or soap. Overall I would not stay here ever again, It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. not being able to book Days Inn other then on-line is just horrible. They should be able to help book rooms as you are travelling across the country.....

Place is what you'd expect for a cheap roadside sleep. No need to stay here for anything besides just to pass out, wake up and leave.

Heating was on full blast. Windows did not lock which could be a security issue. But reflected in theprice. Would I stay here again - probably. Would I look for alternatives first - definitely.
