Bonne vacances au calme.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la résidence au calme. La villa est spacieuse, la climatisation efficace, (heureusement ) car il faisait chaud et humide. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours pour passer de très belles vacances. Norbert est très sympa et disponible pour vous aidez et régler toutes les demandes. Un grand merci à lui car il avait un problème de santé. Py et Josette.

Norbert etait tres disponible. L'endroit etait vraiment bien. Les chambres top. On avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. On s'est senti a l'aise. L'extérieur tres calme. Tout est a côté, on se sentais en sécurité. On est partie dans le nord avec beaucoup de regret. D'ailleurs on a pas eu mieux.

Avons passé 3 semaines à la villa Cool sans voiture. Prestations au TOP. Absolument tout est conforme au descriptif. Lieu idéalement situé pour visiter (sauf le sud-est si en bus, trop long. Prévoir taxi guide). Calme. Proche de la mer, commerces et Bus. Avant, pendant ou après la réservation : réactivité, efficacité et grande gentillesse du propriétaire. Accueil chaleureux de Norbert et Lauriane à notre arrivée avec de délicates attentions. Norbert s'est préoccupé pendant tout le séjour de notre confort et bien-être. Il est serviable, généreux, professionnel mais sait être discret. Norbert a collaboré au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller de séjourner à la villa cool sans aucune inquiétude avec ce monsieur VRAI et sincère. Patrick et Corinne

Parfait.
J'avais lu les différents témoignages qui étaient tous bons mais je ne m'attendais pas à cet acceuil aussi chaleureux, cette disponibilité. Pouvoir être en contact facilement avec le propriétaire, avoir en prêt un téléphone portable si besoin, l'eau à volonter etc, etc.. Je suis venue avec ma famille et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. J'espère revenir à l'île Maurice et c'est ce logement que je réserverais sans aucune hésitation. Ma famille et moi remercions Norbert et Lauriane.

logement situé dans un quartier calme à 3 min des commerces et de la plage de flic en flac ,le propriétaire est des plus accueillant, plein de bon conseil et très ouvert .le menage était fait 2 fois par semaine ,une cuisine équipée de tout ce qui faut pour ce faire des belles soirées, de grandes chambre avec terrasse vraiment je recommande se logement

Accueil très chaleureux. En arrivant à la location nous avons reçu un accueil admirable, visite de la location et des alentours pour commencer le séjour. Lauriane et Norbert sont très accueillants et attentionnés, ils répondent à toutes les questions. L’endroit est idéal avec des enfants, piscine juste à côté, la mer à 5 minutes, possibilité de prendre le bus pour se rendre sur les différents coins de l’île. La description est conforme à la réalité. Vraiment je conseille cette location.

Fantastic as usual
We had the opportunity of staying at 25 Le Tamier over the Christmas and New Year period together with our adult children and grandchildren. As usual, the accommodation was superb, clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is ideal and all within easy walking distance. Thank you to Norbert and Lauriane for their care to detail and friendliness. Over the years, this has become our home from home and always look forward to our annual stay.

Vacances au top !!!
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Lauriane et Norbert sont très accueillants et très attentionnés. Leur maison est très bien équipée, tout y est très bien entretenu et nous avons bénéficié de prestations au top : fontaine d'eau régulièrement approvisionnée, ménage effectué tout au long du séjour, téléphone fixe et mobile à disposition, ordinateur, WiFi... La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours et la résidence est très bien gardiennée. Sehr gerne wieder! Hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir wurden mit offenem Herzen empfangen.
Norbert der Besitzer ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich die grösste Mühe gegeben, dass alles in der Wohnung stimmt. Trinkwasser, Händy, Laptop mit Internetanschluss war zu unserer Verfügung, ohne Aufpreis. Die Wohnung wurde regelmässig gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Badetücher ebenfalls. Wir waren sehr überrascht im positiven Sinne und haben Norbert in unsere Herzen geschlossen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Norbert, wir kommen wieder! Fam Indelicato

Super villa et très bien entretenue
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.La villa est très fonctionnelle et possède tous les équipements nécessaire à un séjour sans soucis.De plus nous avions une femme de ménage deux fois par semaine et elle était très rigoureuse dans son travail.Une personne à ne pas laisser filer.Les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très cordiaux ainsi qu'avec les gardiens de la résidence ainsi que les jardiniers.Pas de bruits,résidence très bien entretenue.A faire connaitre.

Nous rentrons d'un séjour de 15 jours et nous sommes encore sous le charme . L'accueil de Lauriane et Norbert est vraiment chaleureux , plein de petites attentions . La maison est parfaite , nous étions trois couples et nous avions amplement d'espace pour ne pas nous gêner . La piscine et la résidence sont très bien entretenus et l'ensemble au calme et en toute sécurité . Merci encore pour ce très bon séjour .

4 semaines formidables à Flic en Flac dans la résidence Le Tamier du 25 Octobre au 21 novembre2017.
. Accueil chaleureux de Robert et Laurianne ,les équipements,les services , la disposition, le confort du gîte correspondaient tout à fait à ce qui nous était décrit.En famille 3 coup les 1 adolescente à l'aise dans une maison parfaitement équipée ,confortable.Residence sécurisée gardien, caméras, coffre, entretien des plantations et nettoyage quotidien, parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, la terrasse fait face à une grande piscine bien entretenue. Pendant le séjour nous avons pu recevoir nos amis mauriciens. plage et commerces à proximité on peut se passer d'un véhicule.service de cars ou taxis efficaces. La réservation gratuite, paiement à l'arrivée, des propriétaires aux petits soins serviables sympas et hyper cools une location à recommander à tarif très doux.excellent rapport qualité prix. Chez Lauriane et Norbert, vous êtes accueillis comme des amis. Ils font tout pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable. Rien ne manque dans la villa, nous n'avons jamais vu une location avec autant de services et de prestations inclus dans le prix. Le jardin est très agréable. Le quartier est très calme et vous êtes proches de tout: plage, commerces, taxis, bus. A recommander absolument. Parfait
Lauriane et Norbert nous ont accueilli dans leur havre de paix. Idéalement placé, à quelques minutes de tout : plage, supermarché, restos, taxis, transports publics. Que demander de plus! La maison est très bien entretenue, un service de ménage 3 fois par semaine, des possibilités de se faire livrer des plats faits maison, un magnifique jardin et une piscine entretenue tous les jours, rien à redire! Et que dire de l'accueil... parfait! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour ce séjour mémorable. En tous cas, on reviendra!

Merci aux propriétaires, Norbert et Laurianne pour leur super accueil.
Nous avons réservé deux logements (1&25) au sein du même complexe et nous en sommes très satisfaits. Les photos sont conformes aux logements et l'accueil des propriétaires étaient extraordinaire. Norbert et Laurianne sont des personnes professionnelles, accueillants, disponible et surtout très aimables. Ils n'hésitent pas sur les moyens pour que leur invités se sentent comme chez eux. Le complexe en lui-même est très sécurisé, gardien 24/24, jardinier, et une femme de ménage (Dolorès) qui passe tous les deux jours. Justement, petite mention spéciale pour Dolorès qui a toujours bien fait son travail, en toute discrétion et très respectueuse des locataires. Nous vous recommandons vivement de passer votre séjour au Tamier avec les Knell. Merci pour votre accueil et pour tous ce que vous avez fait pour nous.

Vacances superbes.Services s, un très bon séjour comme d'habitude
La résidence Tamier est un superbe lieu de vacances, les appartements sont très confortables .Les services sont super, nous avons été très contents comme d'habitude de l'accueil de Monsieur Norbert? tout y était. Un plus, la magnifique piscine toujours très propre et bien entretenue, et la sécurisation de la résidence.

Supers Vacances Super logement.
Nous etions deux Familles des 2 enfants de chaque ( 8 personnes) Norbert a ete super, Il nous a acceuilli et montrait tous les recoins de la superbe magnifique maison. Il avais mis a notre disposition un telephone Portable, Ordinateur, Internet , une fontaine d'eau (Pas besoin de porter des grosses bouteilles d'eau du supermarche) car croyez moi vous en aurait besoin. Les chambres super propres, une femme de menage dispo deux fois par semaine, une dame tres aimable et discrete aussi. Tres bonne et grande piscine, soigneusement netoyee tous les jours sans exception. Norbert a mis aussi des information sur l'ile est ses recoins. Allant des sortie en Mer, visite a faire, Marche ect. meme une Cuisiniere qui nous cuisiner des plats succulants locaux et genereusement servi, pour vraiment a des pris abordables (Merci Maryse et sa famille) Les agents de Securites sont super bien, on voit qu'ils prennent leurs boulots au serieux. Je n'ai pas grands chose a dire sur la maison, car c'est simplement magnifique, tout est tres bien calcules, Norbert fais super attentions a la moindre detailes, Climatisations dans toutes les chambres, deux machines a laver, au cas ou il aurait une grande famille, serviettes en abondances, qui est ensuite pris en charge par la femme de manage pour la lessive, nous etions tres bien acceuilli, franchement.
