"The location is prefect for walking around the Alishan. They also provide free shuttle buses. The staff and quality of service are excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner a lots. However, there was some weird machinery noises at night. They were not loud but noticeable at quiet nights. ..."

"Very comfortable room with a large balcony. Very best view of the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff are very polite and friendly. It was one of the best experiences our family ever enjoyed."

"Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. ..."
