Summary:
The new Mountain Lake Floda Resort is located directly on the lakeside of the Uspen, with a private beach and jetty as well as the event space with 4 beds, the sleeping house with 42 beds. After your booking you can add 12 more beds in cabins, a 2 bed TinyCabin with en-suite bathroom as well as the large sauna. You rent the entire 1ha area for yourself. The Space:
The hostel at the foot of the mountain consists of the LakeHall where there is a lounge, event and kitchen, toilets, 2 showers and 4 beds. In addition, you have the Lakevilla with 14 bedrooms, 6 showers and 3 toilets for restful dreams.

As for the beds, we have either GOLD standard single beds or bunk beds with an 18 cm GOLD standard memory foam mattress. With us, you can rely on a good night's sleep. We equip each bed with a mattress protector, a pillow and a duvet.

The sauna is located in the basement of the first right-hand cabin on the lake and can be hired exclusively by our guests. It can accommodate 14 people. There are two showers and space to change. The lake view is guaranteed!

This place is connected with fibre optics and the entire lakeshore is covered with 1000/1000 GBit Wifi both inside and outside.

Guest Access:
What is included?
The hire of this location includes:

1. exclusive access to the Lakehall (cooking, lounge, event)
2. a fully equipped professional kitchen, seating and tables for 80 people
3. exclusive access to the Seevilla (accommodation with 14 rooms and 42 beds)
4. exclusive access to the lake property
5. beach volleyball court, as well as an outdoor table tennis table
6. all utilities such as electricity, heating and water are included in the price

The Lakeside property is yours alone. We have a cabin for our own to service the property. The lakeside sauna can also be booked by holiday cottage guests, but we will arrange this with you.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Uspen is huge and has only 3 other private properties on the shore. Thus, one is very undisturbed here. There is also an adjacent side lake of the same size. The area is typically Swedish, some horse owners in the area. Floda is accessible by bike and offers besides supermarkets also lunch and train to Gothenburg!

Getting Around:
The complex is divided into two parts, at the top there are two cottages - Ladhus I & II on the Bockaberg, at the bottom by the lake is the hostel.

Parking:
When you arrive, you can park up to 8 cars at the bottom of the hostel, all other vehicles must stay in the mountain parking lot. Bus arrivals get off at the top, as there is no space to turn around at the bottom.

Außenbeleuchtung:
Jedes Haus ist schön beleuchtet, genauso wie die Straße zum See hinunter und das gesamte Seeufer ist mit schönen Glühbirnen versehen. Die Außenbeleuchtung wird automatisch durch das reduzierte Tageslicht gesteuert. Du kannst uns bitten, diese Zeiten zu individualisieren.

Lagerfeuer:
Wir haben zwei explizite Feuerstellen, an denen du gemütlich zusammensitzen kannst. Der eine ist am See, bei den Steinen vor der großen Halle. Der andere befindet sich auf dem Hügel hinter dem Kiesplatz. Ihr könnt euch Holz aus dem Wald holen, nehmt das trockene. Feuer im Freien ist nur in der Feuerstelle erlaubt und in den trockenen Sommerwochen ist es verboten.

- Sauna in 3-hour sessions, which you can use daily between 10 am and 10 pm (for 50€ per session)

Do you want to give a presentation?

We have a professional projector connected with an HDMI dongle for your computer and also an Apple TV for Apple users. Ask us about a sound system.

Interaction with Guests:
We have a digital guest folder! You will receive a link to your boarding pass after your booking. There you can leave your deposit and then have access to the check-in details, can add add-ons, solve questions with the FAQ about the house with video or simply write to me if you need something.

There is always one of us on site to support you technically and to do the check out together with you.
