The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, only a few steps from the Dome, Santa Maria Novella train Station, the Medici Chapels and the characteristic 'San Lorenzo Market', 500 meters from the train station and 7 Km from the airport. You can easily reach by foot the Old Bridge, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademy of Fine Arts, Michelangelo Museum. Assure an easy access to the city, with bars, boutiques and restaurants not far from the doorstep of the apartment. It is situated on the second floor with elevator, in a road without traffic wich make this apartment very quite to be in the center of Florence. The interior is fine furnished, it features the tipicals woden beamed ceiling and it's composed of a living room with walnut wood furnitures, a bedroom with two single beds wich can be easily joined to make a king size bed, a bathroom with shower unit and a separate kitchen fully equipped. Bed linens and towels are provided. Internet Wi-Fi acces. All costs are included.

My husband, sister and myself stayed at Giovanni's wonderful apartment for two weeks. The apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough room in the apartment to accommodate four people. Giovanni made us feel welcomed and at home. We were late getting to his apartment and he came out looking for us and we met him at the corner. He checked on us the next day and off and on through out the trip just to make sure we were fine and to see if we needed anything. He recommended wonderful restaurants and places to visit. He lives in walking distance to the train station and mayor sites. We used his place as a home base and traveled to Cinque Terre, Venice, and Pisa. We could have easily used his place for an excursion to Rome but didn't because we few flew back to the USA from Rome so we stayed in Rome for a few days. I highly recommend Giovanni's place and we will return.

The property is in the middle of the tourist part of Florence so it is easy to get to all of the regular tourist spots. But it is also incredibly easy to walk across the river and experience some of the best restaurants without the crowds or waits.

The apartment is within a few mins walking distance from most main attractions, you can walk to it with your luggage from the train station, and yet it is on a very quiet small alley. Most other apartment with such locations will be very noise deep into the night. I am a light sleeper, so it was a blessing. The apartment itself is very cozy and nice.

Giovanni was a great host! From the time we booked till the time we checked out, he was available for any questions we had about the local area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay (3 adults). It was a 6 minute easy walk from the train station even with your luggage. Centrally located, we were within a 15 minute walk of all the attractions. Giovanni provided us several recommendations for restaurants for authentic Tuscan cuisine where locals ate, each meal was incredible without being overcharged tourist prices. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to rebook on our next trip to Firenze. Thanks Giovanni!

Upon our arrival we were meet by the hosts housekeeper. She showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. The apartment was spotless. It faces an alley and is very quiet. The kitchen is well stocked as is the rest of the apartment. The host was very was quick to respond to my messages before my arrival. We had no need to contact him after check-in. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from he main train station and most attractions. You can't go wrong booking this one.

This was an amazing property!! It was located so well in the center of town and close to the train. There are many restaurants and shops just steps away. The property was comfortable and spacious. The booking process was very good. Communication was difficult at first thereafter but improved. Property induction was excellent at the site. Location near SMN was very good. The environs are a bit dirty and crowded but that did not affect our stay. There are some great restaurants hidden in there.

Super convenient location
This was a very conveniently located apartment - in between the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo. The only downside is the building entrance is in a back alley which had trash sitting for several days. The spacious apartment made up for it though! We experienced hot weather during our stay, so it was great to come back to the apartment for the hottest part of the day but not lose too much time in travel. Giovanni was very responsive and helpful too.
