Excellent Stay !!
We love the Bernini Palace. This was our second stay there and will always consider it our place to stay when in Florence. We love the old world charm, the attentiveness of the staff and the location in the city. Also, the breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are well appointed and include a turn down service every evening. The only improvement to our room would be a larger night stand to accommodate phones, chargers, eyeglasses, etc. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and 5 minutes to the Duomo, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, sandwich shops and shopping . After a busy day of shopping and sightseeing, we found it very relaxing to return to the hotel and have a relaxing cup of tea or wine in the lobby before bed. Florence is a busy place, but the Bernini is a calm restful spot in the heart of it all. We love to visit Florence and the Bernini Palace makes it even better!

Bernini Palace has all the opulence and amenities you would hope from a 5-star hotel. It is seriously comfortable and the people are warm and incredibly helpful. We had to stay in a really small room due to a mixup on my part, but it was still as wonderful as it could be. The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing! And, again, the staff were warm and welcoming every day which really spoiled us as we had one more stop after Florence. The location cannot be better, you can walk everywhere from this location. Florence is walkable anyway, but it was nice to be in the middle of things. I recommend this hotel highly.

A Florence Gem
There is no other option for me then The Bernini Palace in Florence. Stayed twice in 2 years and wouldn't even consider somewhere else. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. We love a quiet afternoon cocktail and wouldn't miss the gorgeous breakfast. Love the bed and bedding and also the bathroom on the room is spacious and pristine. The hotel is as special as the city itself.

Great hotel, great service and ideal location. We walked everywhere and didn’t take a single cab ride except to and from the train station. Granted, we like to walk but you can get off the beaten path (away from tourists) with just a 15-20 min walk. It’s a beautiful city and has great museums and heritage. We’d gladly book the Bernini on our next visit.

This is a true 5 star hotel. Beautiful interior, clean and service oriented. The location is perfect for walking to see the Statue of David and Ponte Vecchio. Shops, restaurants, statues and Cathedrals are abundant in this area. There was parking for our rental car and the stay was just perfect. I would highly recommend!

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helped us make reservations and were very accommodating. The cleaning staff were very diligent at cleanliness. This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel and everytime gets better! Location is centrally located and walkable. Highly recommend.
