The location of Bob’s Villa is excellent! It is close to all the major attractions, transportation and grocery store. Our daughters were extremely happy with the condition of the villa, the spacious rooms. The kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable as we’re able to purchase groceries and make snacks when needed. Having the washer dryer to do laundry in our apartment was amazing. Walking in the heat, you end up going through your clothes faster than expected! I would definitely recommend Bob’s Villa to anyone!!!

We had a wonderful time in Florence. Our apartment was clean and we had everything that we needed. It was just a short walk to where we wanted to go like the uffizi gallery, academia gallery and the ponte vecchio. The place might be a little harder to find because there is no big sign of the apartment/hotel. But just follow the instructions/directions that they will send on how to get there and you won’t have any problems.

The perfect location in the center of it all!
This is the perfect location in the center of all the action! The premium room sleeps 4 comfortably as the apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and working AC! Really felt comfortable and had all the amenities. Bob’s communication was perfect and he was always answering when needed. The elevator is not always working so be ready to carry some luggage. Once checked out, they have a luggage room for you to keep your bags until you are ready to go! Overall? Couldn’t be any better. Will be staying with Bob again!

This apartment was absolutely amazing as it is clean, spacious and modern. Was easy to communicate with property management and they quickly responded to questions. The location is fantastic as you can walk places very easily. I highly recommend the this place.

Our stay at Bobs was amazing. It’s such a convenient location, you walk outside and everything is there. The room is extremely clean and updated. There is also a lift which is helpful for suitcases so you do not need to carry them up the stairs. Very safe entrance as well it is gated by two gates. The area all around is pretty safe.

The apartment was very clean, and close to many area points of interest. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. Unfortunately our apartment location/view was not as expected. No “balcony” or view, and was located facing a very busy main road, with very loud pedestrian and vehicle noise. We certainly can tolerate some noise, but trust us, this was extreme, and went on ALL night long. We reached out Bob W to request a location switch but “nothing was available” but they did offer us “ear plugs”. We would suggest making sure you request (and receive) a room in the back of the building.

Super new and clean, only challenge was the narrow elevator doors and 6th floor so risk someone leaving door open. But this is a historic building so an expected issue. Shower door small too. But all other super !!

This apartment was in the best location and felt spacious. It had many great and fun things going for it, such as size, amenities and outdoor space. Even a very cute lift system to get you to the top floor where our apartment was. We had booked the Studio and it was really well laid out. The apartment however was a little run down and with basic maintenance issues which could have been easily resolved with some TLC. These were reported to BobW and while they remained unresolved in our short stay our issues were acknowledged quickly and a partial refund given. BobW are trying to do things differently and for the most part achieving this. We enjoyed our stay.

Finding the hotel was terribly frustrating as it has no signage other than a small 4 inch sign on the side of the building not visible from the street and we actually walked by it four times with luggage up and down the block with people telling us different directions as there is literally no sign of any significance. Google took us right there, but we couldn’t even tell we were there as there’s no signs to tell you it’s a hotel and it’s literally an old department building converted to suites so you have no idea. It was actually a hotel particularly since there’s no reception and no people on staff. And because there’s no people on staff, there’s no one to clean your room or even let you know how to get fresh towels for your second night. After I complained the second day, I learned there’s a storeroom, but they don’t tell you about it. Totally ridiculous.

The location is the main reason why I booked this property. Even though it's contactless check-in, but I never had any issues with communication. The highlight is the surprise of complementary local cafe, tea and biscuits as well as a cloth bag. I would love to extend my stay if I didn't have any pre-arranged engagement.

Superb location right across the Ponte del Vecchio bridge which made it extremely easy to get in and out of the center of Firenze. The service and communication with BOB W went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, all amenities were provided and exactly how described. This was without a doubt, one of the best rental properties we have been in, and “I can’t wait to sleep with BOB W again!” either in Florence or their other locations around the world.

Very nice apartment in a great location. The elevator is very small so we only used it for our luggage, we were on the 5th floor. You could take it one person at a time but for us we didn’t need to use it. Apartment was very clean and spacious with a lot of thoughtful details. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect just one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The room is big. It’s nice to have small kitchen area, big closet and balcony. No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. I had a good time.
