Great location, very close to the train station,great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. 20 minutes after checking in, Brenda called to my room just to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to call the front desk. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Thank you!!

Nice decent boutique hotel
Everything was nice in the hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Greets you when you walk pass the reception. Nice and decent breakfast Room was quite spacious for a boutique hotel. We were offered an early check-in when we arrived at 12noon. One thing for improvement is the cleanliness on floor, as there was some obvious dust on floor.

A brief stay at this hotel, which is a tram ride away from the airport. It was a pleasant stay. It is close to the train station. You can walk to tourist attractions from the hotel.

Modern, well appointed and comfortable rooms located just steps away from Santa Maria Novella station. A short walk to everything that Florence has to offer. If you’re visiting multiple cities in Italy, being close to the station is very convenient.

Located steps away from the train station which was super convenient. Also within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see during our stay in Florence. We stayed in the Spacious room and found it to be just that and also had two bathrooms which was very nice. Also very stylish. Would definitely stay again!
