The placebis a run down motel in an undesirable area attracting a seedy crowd. They put us way on the dark end of the lot which made us worry about robbery. The TV did not work, the phone as well. The interior was gross, needs remodel, repairs made in room were obvious and of poor quality. Even Dominos would not deliver to us. Also nobody answers phone, lots of problems ensuring a room that allows Pets, and surprise Pet fee. Even the front office is behind glass like a bank. Stay away from this place.

It took. 3 different rooms to get a decent room. 1st room had 1/2 water on bathroom floor. 2nd room had bed bugs. 3 rd room looked like someone was staying in it but I was so exhausted I accepted it and. Also I was afraid what else would be found in another room

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Checked into the hotel, got to my room and the second I opened the door it immediately smelt like animal urine, heard a crunch under my feet because there were bugs running around absolutely everywhere. There were cigarettes burns and stains on the bedding. Gathered my things and my daughter and checked out not even ten minutes after having checked in.

I found the smoke detector in my room laying on a countertop. I went back to the front desk to let them and was assigned a different room. The second room was also missing the smoke detector. The maintenance guy ultimately plugged in a smoke detector so I could stay safe. The room smelled of stale smoke and seemed to need some basic repairs. The room itself was clean and the employees very understanding and helpful.

My daughter had to sleep in the car with our dog because the people next door were very loud until 2:30 in the morning. Other than that the room was clean. The ceiling was peeling. The people at the desk were friendly and efficient.

Room looked like it was falling apart, ceiling was chipping, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, not very clean. Beds weren’t bad for an overnight stay for sleep. Not in a great area

Hotel in desperate need of updating and repair. The screws for door latch falling out along with screws for towel racks. Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. There was no soap in the despenser to take a shower with. Coffee pod still in coffee pot molded. It's as if nobody cleaned this room or repaired anything in a very long time. Pool was dirty, green and not usable. Breakfast was terrible. Not much to offer and eggs seemed to have black dirt in them from dirty skillet or griddle. It's sad that they feel it's ok to charge people for lack of caring!!! Never again.

Worst room I've seen
Our main issue with the hotel was the cleanness of the room. The first thing we noticed was that a lot of maintenance was missing. Some lights were hanging only by the electric cable. The toilet paper rack was falling from the wall everytime we tried to use it. We also noticed that the silicone joints in the shower were full of black mold. Finally, when I moved the chair in the corner of the room, two small cockroaches like insects left front under it somewhere in the room. We would have left within the first 10 min if we weren't too tired to drive.

To check in was good people were friendly. The room was clean and neat but the shower head wouldn’t move so it could be on me. The bed didn’t looked not that clean, but there were stains on the bed. There were roaches on the bed and when we went to leave to get food the door won’t close all the way.

I would give zero stars if I could. We got to the motel late in the night. There were a bunch of sketchy people outside. I felt very unsafe as soon as we got there. When we walked into our room it immediately smelled like straight mildew. We pulled back the sheets and the bed was very damp and cold. (Not sure if that had to do with the air conditioner and mildew). I called the front desk and immediately asked for a refund because I didn’t want us to get sick from the atmosphere. I will have to say the staff member working that night was amazing and quick to refund me which makes me wonder if this is a frequent issue. I definitely would not recommend anyone stay here if you care about your health and safety.

When we walked into the room it smelled of stale smoke, even though the property is non smoking. The receptionist was kind but I later caught her smoking in the back which made the reception area smell like smoke. The shower was a shallow pan and if you moved wrong in the shower, water leaked on the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was decent.
