Great find!
Love the room! Clean well stacked, clean. Located walking distance from the train station and most importantly was able to check in late with the live person! Beds were ready and made for us. Highly recommend this place!

We would totally stay here again! It was beautiful, contemporary, clean, and the staff was so friendly! Also, it is only 4 minutes walk from the train station and near all the eateries and shopping!!

We had the best stay at this B&B. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to meet your needs. Kathlyn at the front desk was one of the best hotel employees I have experienced. The breakfast was great and the location was incredible, an easy walk to all major attractions. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. When the staff was there they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone there the whole day. Also it would have been nice to be able to open the shutters to get some natural light. Also the elevator did not work

I have been to many hotels in my travels but this is the best stay I have had. Having a great person taking care of the hotel and attending to your needs is a differentiating factor. That is what Kathlyn is to this hotel’s guests. Her warm and helpful personality makes the hotel standout among the rest. All the guests feel very welcome and well-looked after. She is also very organized, ensuring that guests’ requirements are met excellently. I have been to Florence a few times and have stayed at the big hotels. Eco Urban B&B will now be my first choice for future visits. The hospitality, cleanliness and location of this hotel will make every visit to Florence most memorable. We loved Eco Urban B&B. Kathryn was super friendly at the front desk, she was very personable and welcoming! This location is perfect especially if you are planning on taking the train to Florence as it is a less than 5 minute walk from the train station. You can easily walk around the city from this hotel, shoutout to Mercato Centrale (we ate here everyday for breakfast). The truffle pasta here is also Amazing. Florence was one of our favorite cities and we will definitely stay at Eco Urban B&B again :)

Absolutely love this property! They have the best customer service. Our room was completely remodeled and very spacious for a family of 4. We love the location. So close to the train. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Will absolutely stay there again.

Easily our favourite property to stay during this trip although it lack minute details such as a clothing hanger in the bathroom, the stool is not exactly comfortable to sit when i need to do some work. The mattress is not comfortable, it is out of shaped, both sides have sunken in portion. Convenient location
