Great option in Firenze!
The host and property were so friendly and helpful. We loved the room, having AC, and the proximity to all the great historic museums and piazzas we wanted to see in Florence. The breakfast arrangements were a little confusing, but that didn’t take away from the great overall experience.

The property was in a great location right near the station and walkable to everything. The host was very helpful and friendly and the room was great but it was so noisy from the other guests in the common room at night and at 6am that it was hard to sleep.

Great Stay at Home Boutique!
Home Boutique was amazing! Mo Mo and Antonio were so helpful and friendly, they made our stay for 7 days in Florence wonderful. The one room we booked had an exterior bathroom not inside the room (but still private) which was a little inconvenient but overall it wasn't a huge deal. Would definitely recommend staying here. The location was very close to the train and all of the restaurants and shopping.

Antonio gave us a nice welcome, with a history of Florence and tips of where to go and what to do. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was very close to Santa Maria Novella train station and we walked to all the major sites. Great place to stay if you don't mind stairs. The reception and breakfast are on the 4th floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was basic but comfortable. Location is very convenient. The staff is the highlight. They were very welcoming and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us the facility and make recommendations about the area. Loved that they allowed us to do our laundry without charge, opposite to many places where they try to squeeze every penny out of you. The a/c can be better and the shower was leaking but they took care of the leak. Out of all places we visit in Italy, Florence was by far our favorite based on the locals politeness.

It is a small hotel, but operated as home away from home. The staff were very nice and helpful. They are local people and are able to tell you everything you need to know about Florence, where to eat, what to see. I ran into some health issue with a family member, they did everything to help.
