The staff was friendly and courteous, helped me arrange a taxi from hotel to the airport when I had to check out and go to the airport before 5am. It’s within walking distance to the train station so it is convenient if you want to travel by train for your day-trip from Florence.

The room was not as advertised. It was extremely small and cramped. There was hardly room to get around the bed to get in the bathroom or to get to the desk. Almost no place to put the bags. The bed was also short and my feet hung off the bottom.

Staff was great. Hotel was in great location and had a very good breakfast. Room was outdated with 0 frills. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever had at a hotel as were the sheets. Very overpriced hotel. Would not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was great. Our bed was extremely comfortable, we had a view of the domo, it was clean. There was an elevator, breakfast was delicious. The location is fabulous, with a park across the street and various shops and places to eat outside our door. My only issue was the shower, which is the smallest I’ve ever seen. That said, the water pressure and temp were perfect. The hotel service was friendly, helpful and always available. This was a perfect stay.
