For the price is a great hotel. If you only need to sleep - it’s a clean, decent place facing river Arno. Next door is an amazing bakery, you can enjoy delicious pastries and coffee there for breakfast. About 20 mins walk to Gallery Uffizi and the city center.If you need luxury place - this hotel is not for you.

Propert is older, but clean and staff was very friendly. Room size was good, bathroom small and the door to bathroom couldnt open all the way, so was awkward to get to shower. Area is quiet and town small, but easy to nativate. The Rimani was open for a traditional breakfast. The walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo took 10 min to the base and 10 min to the top. Very easy. Take the bus into town to tour and leave via Ponte Vecchio and eat gelator and a nice dinner on the river before completing your walk along the river back to the hotel. The property was 45 min walk from the train station. Would recommend taking the bus to the hotel, which we did on the way back.

This is a great value hotel, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Luggage storage is offered. My only complaints are that the sound proofing between rooms is poor and the rooms themselves, while clean, could use a fresh coat of paint

Me hospede en Junio 2024 y no reserve con tiempo en el casco histórico, y me sorprendió este hotel con la facilidad de transporte para ir y venir al centro, la habitación limpia, el baño de buen tamaño, los colchones bien, el trato de recepción muy amable (ambos), una buena guía turística, y una terraza muy agradable para la noche, caminamos hacia el rio, encontramos un bar “Habana” donde nos divertimos mucho, baile, cena y buen ambiente. Clean room, friendly staff. About 15-20 minutes walk from the attractions in Florence or you can catch a public transit bus into the city center. Bottle water can be purchase from hotel lobby which was beneficial for us. Café and Restaurants close by.

Great but needs updating!
Hotel Ferrucci was great, staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is good (if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk in sweltering heat). However it is in serious need of updating and could be something really special if done! It desperately needs painting, new pillows (mine was about the thickness of my hand), more than 1 mirror per room, and there was no where to hang things (bar the 1 towel hook in the bathroom). Shower was great, Air con was great, bed was comfortable!

Nice hotel not far from city center
Wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s a small, well-run hotel in a less fancy but safe neighborhood. Our room (3 beds) was quite spacious, had a small table and chairs. Modern bathrooms with shower cabin. Beautiful ceiling, must be original to the building. The person greeting us was very hospitable and patiently explained about the area. There is no breakfast offered but the room had a tea kettle and good variety of tea, coffee, biscuits, and snacks. Very much appreciated cold water in mini fridge.
