2-Star Hotel Disguised as a 4-Star Hotel
This was a 2-star hotel disguising itself as a 4-star hotel. Besides the proximity to the airport, there are not many positives about this hotel. The AC was not working and we were not able to keep the windows open because the window lacked a screen so the bugs were coming into the room in swarms. The decor was uninspiring and sterile. The staff was friendly enough.

Building is very old. A/C didnt work, shower got boiling hot anytime someone in the surrounding rooms used water. Keycards open any room apparnelty because 2 separate people unlocked our rooms on us.

Basic place for a basic stay
Hotel is old and very dated. It needs a major refresh. Room was ok and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee machine produced unacceptably bad coffee. In Italy that just can’t happen!

Dirty, Not a 4 starts hotel
The hotel is dirty and not been taking care. It is not 4 starts. The walls are dirty, back is small next to the wall. There is not shuttle to the airport. I had a bad experience, for 1 night.

I know this is an airport hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing here. The main issue for me was that the photos on the website are very different from the rooms in person. It seems to have been an old hospital which is a little creepy. It’s extremely outdated but it is nice they have a small elevator. The staff was very friendly. I don’t think I would ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The soap container was broken, the bidet was not working, the shower water was running out of the bathroom and we were drying the bathroom floor all the time, and the Wi-Fi was not working at all and was very weak. We will never return to this hotel.

Very good experience. I was early and asked if they could hold my bags so I could go be a tourist but front desk person offered to check if there was a room ready for me and there was. Let me check in almost 4 hours early at not additional charge.

This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is very dated, rooms on the 1st & 2nd floor have bars on the windows which I would think a a safety hazard. Where we went to our room the door was open😳. We were given a room on the second floor at first but had to go back to reception and ask to be moved, Antonio moved us to a room on the 6th floor which was better…..no bars on the window and a balcony. A friend along with her children booked with us and her room was on the 3rd floor not great either but thankfully no bars on the windows. Tbh we dreaded returning to the hotel and stayed out longer than we normally would with the kids. Thankfully it was only and 1 night stay. The barman was a bit off and kept muttering under his breath and looking over when my child and I sat to wait for our friends to come down from their room. He then came over and said we can’t sit in the sofas unless we buy a drink from the bar😳🙄. Wish I’d taken pics to share.
