We arrived at late after night and there was no stuff there to serve you . The gate was locked. It was a rainy night. We ring the bell for about 10 to 15 minutes, A guest opened the door for us then we were able to make a phone call to get a code to access our room.

The rooms were quite sizable and it was quite quiet. The decor was a little odd and mixture of styles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had water, fruits and cookies available for free. The bathroom fixtures were dated and the showers were very small. They did change my shower head after the first night because it was spraying out by the side of the handle without me saying anything. The same for my daughter’s room but hers did not get fixed. There are quite a few steps to the lobby area and if given a room in the second floor the steps would be hard for anyone with big luggage or people that cannot don’t much steps, so make sure you ask which floor. The surrounding area had good food and was in decent walking distance to most things and about 10 mins from main train station. It had great air conditioning for the summer months. The luggage storage area needs a lock for security purposes. I would recommend for a quick stay.

As I leave Florence, I'm reflecting on my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The place has been restored and renovated respecting the age and architecture of the original building. Actually, they are still refining some last minute details. The place is clean, crisp, modern and traditional, cozy and fun. It's not a grandiose space, but It has the right mix of refined art, warm antiques and modern amenities. I loved how little pieces of mother earth are scattered as tiny surprises... You will meet amazing people. It felt like home... Thank you !

Hotel bem localizado em Florença. Possível visitar alguns pontos turisticos a pé. Atendimento descomplicado. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Apenas ficar atento pois o hotel fica dentro de ZTL.

They accepted to transform 1 night in a single bedroom and 1 night in a double bedroom into 2 nights in a double bedroom so I can keep my room. Plus they accepted to keep my luggages because I came before and left after the checking times. Ana and Giulia are truly kind and wonderful people and the rooms are perfect. I recommand this hotel a lot
