Absolutely stupendous hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and gorgeous, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything (and literally around the corner from stunning Santa Croce). The hotel itself is so beautiful and peaceful, and again, the very kind staff work so hard to prioritize guests’ comfort. Would absolutely stay here again and again

No AC - No Discount.
The hotel was fair and the service staff was nice. However our AC didn’t work so we roasted. Hard to sleep and they wouldn’t call for repairs on the weekend so we waited until Monday for a service tech who determined they needed a part. So we roasted again our last night. We asked for a discount because we paid specifically for a hotel with AC but they said NO Discount. So disappointing.

This oasis of calm was our base for a week of exploring Florence and its surrounds. We loved it - very helpful team from welcome to departure with great recommendations if we needed them. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast set us up each day !! Thank you all !!

WOW! This art deco property was phenomenal. The room was exquisite and felt luxurious. I was incredibly sad when we had to check out. Biggest bed I think I’ve ever slept in and it was like a cloud. The staff were amazing and helped to arrange a cooking class for us as well.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was really helpful and friendly and made us feel very taken care of. We did notice mosquitoes in the room at night and had some bites. That was the only negative thing I’d have to say. We would definitely recommend this to friends. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

It was a really nice hotel, only a couple floors were the hotel and very close to the city centre. Breakfast was alright, and there's a lively bar next door at night. Very nice decor and personnel only sometimes present at the location. It was good but not great for the cost. It felt like an air bnb. We loved Florence but wouldn't stay here specifically again. Again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all!

This was a gorgeous hotel. The room was huge and the bathroom beautiful. Plenty of room to hang up clothes. Water and coffee were provided every day. Staff was very helpful getting cabs etc. Beautiful outside garden to have aperativos in or eat a sandwich. Could definitely live in that room. Will be back next time in Florence.

Remember to use their shuttle service to and from airport. Taxi's charge 20$ for a 2 minute drive around the corner from the airport. The dining is ok but ordered the ravioli dish and they serve 4 ravioli's for 18$. Outrageous.

The property was in a very convenient location for walking around Florence and the area felt safe and was close to lots of attractions. The only downside of the location was that there was a bar right outside our bedroom window and this was quite noisy until about 12:30am most nights. The room was large and had everything we needed. The bathroom felt a little dated and there was no full length mirror or space around the sink to put toiletries/makeup etc. When we checked in it was not immediately obvious where the reception was as the hotel is part of a large block of flats. Better signage and a clearer welcome would have been appreciated. The sign was for Polo Hospitality rather than Maison du Sage. There was not someone on reception all night, which was fine as we didn't need any assistance but worth bearing in mind.

Great value. Got the family suite plus two double rooms, which was perfect for 7 family members in total. Family suite had living, dining and kitchen space where we all could comfortably hang out and have breakfast. Wide street in front was convenient for taxis and loading and unloading luggage. Santa Croce area is a bit off the beaten path but easy walking to all of Florence's sights. Highly recommended.
