Front desk staff was great & very helpful. I probably wouldnā€™t stay here longer than a night, two max. I did enjoy the Dove Products. Breakfast was good. Suggestions: better pillows(so flat), price match at hotel for hotel websites (pretty sure youā€™re losing more money this way), and a lot of the furniture looked old and warn out. Our room also smelled like a wet dog.

Stayed for 1 night as evacuees from hurricane Milton. Not enough luggage carts (small at that) front desk said to ā€˜waitā€™ and if someone doesnā€™t bring it down, he would go look. My tired 2 yo and I had been driving for 10 hours and just wanted to get our stuff in a room to rest so waiting wasnā€™t an option. I found one on another floor. The very old room looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned, hair all over the bathroom floor, shower and towels. Laminate(?) floor dirty. Not even sure if the sheets were clean. Bathroom door opened halfway then stuck on the floor. Loud train horns woke us up multiple times overnight. Horrible hotel. Would never stay here again.

We were given the wrong room number at check in. When we went to the third floor to enter our room, the key card would not work and we could hear someone in the room. When we went back down to the check in desk we were told he gave us the wrong room number.

No one had cleaned the room before we checked in. The bathroom was very dirty and the furniture was dusty. We left a bag in the room and when we went back to get it 40 minutes later, $1,600 was gone. We spoke to the person in charge and he did nothing! I should report it to the police. I will never stay at this place again!šŸ˜”
