Bright & clean, lovely stay
I booked a last minute trip to Florence & couldn’t have been more pleased with the apartment. Top floor, sunny & bright, and everything was updated and new. Elizabetta was incredibly friendly and helpful during the check-in process. She provided many wonderful recommendations of where to visit and eat during my stay. I enjoyed my time here & will be back in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay
We were so happy with our vacation rental . It was so clean and spacious. There were many restaurants, shops close by . Most places were just a 5 to 15 minute walk. Betty was so sweet, very helpful and personable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Personal Touch
Our host met us at the entrance and took us through everything at the property which was helpful. Note - it is at the top floor, so lots of stairs, but being at the top makes it light and bright in the day. The beds were really comfortable. We had a queen? And a pullout double couch and was perfect for 2 adults in a family. It was pretty big - much nicer than a hotel room. We were able to make some pasta and everything we needed was there. Shower and bathroom was good! Location was excellent - close enough to things that we could stop in for bathroom if needed. Host had a helpful book of things to do and see and restaurant business cards/ WiFi helped us so we could book tickets. It was cold when we were there but heat and blankets were adequate. Loved this place!

Perfect location near riverfront
The apartment was right near the Arno, near Piazza Signoria, near Piazza Santa Croce, near Mercato Sant’Ambrogio. Around the corner is Conad supermarket and Gelateria Neri. Spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and spices. The only drawback at my age was the three long flights of stairs to the third floor with no elevator. However, the exercise kept me from gaining too much weight while helping me lose an inch or two! Lovely people, lovely surroundings.

Staying at the bright loft in Florence was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, our host's personalized touch made us feel right at home. The loft is not only stylish and filled with natural light, but it's also incredibly comfortable with constable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. Plus, the central location meant we were just steps away from Florence's historic center, making it super convenient to explore all the iconic sights. Highly recommend this charming loft for anyone visiting Florence!

Nice Appartment in Great Location.
This property is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It's close to all the main attractions but not too noisy. Only negative was the check-in. The host persisted in delaying the check-in time to 5 pm against our wishes then turned up later than 5 pm. I think that's unfair. But apart fom that everything was good.

Amazing Stay in Florence
Elisabetta's place was literally home away from home. The appartment was beautiful, clean and spacious We had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. Her appartment was so perfectly located. Grocery store is a 4 min walk with everything you need and the most incredible restaurants within 2 minutes by foot. We were 5 minutes from Capelle Medici, 7 minute walk from Palazzo Vecchio, 15 minutes from Basilica Santa Croce We even took a walk to the train station for our morning to Pisa which took us 20 min. You didn't feel it because you are surrounded by so much art and history . Elisabetta greeted us at arrival explained the appartment, gave us a map of Florence and highlighted places to visit and was always responsive if we had questions during our stay. I definitely recommend her appartment. Thank you Elisabetta for making our stay in Florence so memorable. I will definetely contact her on our next trip to Florence.

Host was very friendly and nice. She answered our questions the whole time during our stay on how to get around and where to eat. Apartment was very clean. Few things to know are it is on third floor and you have to use the stairs plus AC was locked for the lower setting at 18 degrees.

Beautiful Florence loft and terrific owner!
Never having been to Florence before, we were happy to have found Elisabetta’s loft! Its location is a 5-20 minute walk from a vast majority of the wonderful sites around town. We hit L’Accademia, the Uffizi, the Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo, Officina Profumo Farmaceutica, Santa Croce and the famous Leather School, Mercato Centrale, and so much more I can’t even list them! The loft is not in the city center which is always loud, no matter the time of day/night. It was always nice to be able to go back “home” and relax in relative quiet, though there are some late night eateries and the city picks up trash and sweep streets often (which keeps the whole city nice and clean despite the vast crowds) and that can be a little noisy. The loft, in addition to being conveniently located, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part, however, was Elisabetta herself who went above and beyond in making sure our stay was great. She and I communicated often before our arrival. She answered all my noob questions and gave us lots of recommendations for visiting different places, restaurants, and websites and tour companies for day trips. When she met us at the front door, it felt like we already knew each other! She gave us a tour of the loft and walked us through a map she provided so we could get our bearings of the city. She is a truly wonderful person who looked out for us the entire week! I highly, highly recommend this spot!

The host started off our trip meeting us at the apartment and giving us a tour/explanation of the area, she was great and very helpful. The apartment is all you need and more and very clean. The location is hard to beat. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

A fabulous base
The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was situated within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We found some lovely trattorias and pubs nearby. It was lovely and clean as well as having all the equipment we needed. The owner met us when we first arrived and suggested some places to visit. She was really friendly and helpful, being available for any questions that arose during the week we were there.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Florence!
Very convenient location to all the attractions. Apartment is thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need. Grocery store is a block away. Half a block from the river. Very clean and peaceful retreat in the busy city. Elisabetta was super helpful in recommending restaurants, wineries and attractions. She is super responsive to all our questions. There’s a very convenient self service luggage storage a block away if needed. Apartment is spacious and bed is comfortable. We had a great 5-night stay there.

Incredible experience!
This home was wonderful and had everything we needed during our time in Florence. Elisabetta and her husband met us upon arrival and showed us where the apartment was. This small task was helpful, it can be difficult to find homes/addresses in the city so this meant a lot! She spent over 10 minutes going over the map of Florence and providing suggestions and that extra time was so helpful. The location of the home was across from the Arno River and close to most of then major sites we had on our list including Boboli Gardens, palazzo vecchio, ponte vecchio, and more. We went to the Arno every night because it was just breathtaking! The home itself was clean and came with a nespresso machine/pods which I truly appreciate when traveling, I need my coffee in the morning! There were little touches like q-tips, cotton, bandaids which we ended up needing so that did not go unnoticed. All in all it was a great experience and we would stay again.

Amazing home base in Florence
Our stay in Florence, although short, was made amazing due to this property. The proximity to all major sights made everything walkable for our entire stay. The property itself was extremely nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our hostess, Elisabetta, was extremely welcoming. She was extremely accommodating for check in, and helped us understand some of the local layout (as well as some recommendations) which was extremely appreciated. We would highly recommend this rental for a stay in Florence!
