I arrived to the rooms and first they told me that my room in the first floor and then i found that it was in the second floor and we are family having 2 bags and baby chair so it’s difficult to get to your room without lift and the stairs is very small. The parking they put is 30€ and it is public parking and nearest the rooms but actually it’s not. The park is under the train station and it’s about 10 minutes walking and if you arrive at night the place is not safe for walking. I put my car from 7 p.m till 10 a.m and they charged me 57€ for this stay and it was terrible!!!!

Second time here on return to Florence. Maria gave us room on bottom floor that little courtyard. Beautiful on hot afternoon after walking to sit in shade. Maria keeps rooms spotless.
