The staff was great and very polite. Also, the breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the area was easy to park. It could have better Wi-Fi services inside the bedroom.

Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

The hotel room was dirty,small, the window was broken witch wasn’t safe at all. I refuse to sleep in those beds. I ask for another room the receptionist was rude also didn’t speak Portuguese he is from Argentina shouldn’t work at front desk. I finally ended up paying more for another room. the breakfast was horrible, everything was ready too expire, dirty dishes, employees was super rude. I did not recommend for anyone.

The location is great and so are the employees. Very friendly and pleasant staff however the hotel rooms are in need of a make over or urgent upgrade. Also the breakfast can be better such as adding more selection to it.Can’t still understand how come eggs, bacon or sausages were never a choice during the breakfast. I love the location but would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel comfort is terrible for the charged rate. The mattress is horrible. The A/C system is outdated and covers only the bedroom. The remaining area (with two extra-beds) do not have any A/C. The Wi-Fi does not work inside the bedroom. The breakfast is good, but the food is exposed to the flies and other insects.

A Localização é o ponto mis forte.
Estadia muito boa, funcionários solícitos e educados. O café da manhã era fraquinho, mas atendeu bem. Infelizmente não forneceram checkout estendido, mesmo o hotel apresentando nitidamente estar vago. A localização do hotel é fantástica, é o ponto mais forte.

Problemas nos quartos
Com exceção de um rapaz no período da manhã que pareceu se preocupar com o problema, o atendimento deixou a desejar. O ar condicionado apresentou problemas e, após a visita do técnico, voltou a funcionar, mas sob a alegação de que não havia problema (talvez por medo de reclamações quanto a diária sem ar). O mais desconfortante é o fato de que a torneira do banheiro está quebrada, e está em contínuo vazamento, não de pingos, mas de um fluxo considerável de água corrente, mas a administração não se importou com o fato e chegou a mencionar que isso estava ocorrendo em outros lugares. Um desperdício de água que chega a chatear qualquer hóspede, sem que sequer se sugerisse a troca de quartos. Alegaram que estavam me hospedando em um quarto de mesmo padrão do que eu havia contratado, supostamente para meu conforto, mas mesmo que eu tenha pedido para ir ao quarto original (diante dos problemas do quarto) isso me foi negado. A sensação é de que encaixaram como puderam em um quarto com problemas diante do excesso de reservas, e não se preocuparam com o conforto ou com os problemas que o quarto apresentou. Não pareceram problemas novos, já que o atendente da manhã possuía respostas prontas ao que relatamos. Em suma, somente a proximidade com a praia da Joaquina justificaria a hospedagem.
