os funcionarios sao muito bons e educados, porem o hotel nao oferece limpeza diaria nos quartos, em toda a minha estada o quarto nunca foi limpo pois fiquei lá 3 dias e a limpeza se da a cada 3 dias somente. O hotel tem uma piscina aquecida super bonita e agradavel porem alguns hospedes levam bebidas alcoolicas e comida para a piscina (apesar dos cartazes dizendo que não é permitido), o que é desagradavel para os outros hospedes pois suja a agua e tem hospedes embriagados. Especialmente desagradavel se vc esta com crianças.

Not really a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast
Nice location, convenient, however, rooms are very small and bathrooms need remodeling. It feels more like a bed and breakfast, but only larger (100+ rooms)

Three of us stayed in the room, a double and a single bed. Service by the staff was very good. Room was very good for the price, could have had flannels and shampoo provided. Hotel was in a very good area, close to restaurants.

Hotel muito bom.Único o ploblema é que não tinha duchinha no banheiro. Bom café da manhã, refeitório espaçoso. Piscina e sala de jogos e uma vista lista. Só achei que fica há alguns quarteirões da área mais comercial. Mas nada que atrapalha. Dá para ir caminhando. Profissionais atenciosos, principalmente o Luis Otávio que nos ajudou antecipando o check-in.

Quarto pequeno, mas confortável. Cama confortável e varanda pequena anexa. Ar condicionado de boa qualidade, efetivo. Armário sem porta. Lixeira somente no banheiro. Sem ducha higiênica no banheiro. Chuveiro com jato de água fraco. Sem sucos naturais no café da manhã (apenas refrescos). Piscina muito pequena (acredito que a da foto seja do edifício à frente do hotel em que fiquei hospedada, uma vez que são da mesma rede. Mas cada piscina só pode ser usada pelos hóspedes daquela unidade). Equipe atenciosa. Hotel muito bem localizado, torneira na parte externa lateral para lavar os pés no retorno da praia, facilitando os cuidados com a limpeza do hotel. Como um todo, satisfatório. Retornaria.
