Spacious, cozy and rustic apartment (136 sqm) to relax :-). We built and furnished the apartment ourselves and use it as our vacation home. The apartment is in a quiet area and is located on the outskirts of Fluminimaggiore, with a view of the countryside and near a spring where you can get fresh water. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The perfect place to relax & "recharge" your batteries!

Wir waren ab Mitte August 2024 eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung "Il Rustico" und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung (fühlte sich mehr wie ein Ferienhaus an, da man die wenigen anderen Hausbewohner weder gehört noch gesehen hat) war absolut sauber und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Alles was man brauchte, war vorhanden. (Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein). Gute Matratzen in den Betten. Alle Fenster hatten effektive Fliegenschutzgitter. Trotz Hitze hat uns eine Klimaanlage nicht gefehlt. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Andrea und Guiseppe, die Gastgeber , waren super sympatisch, bei Fragen sofort zu erreichen und stets sehr hilfsbereit (für uns als Deutsche war es natürlich sehr angenehm, deutschsprachige Vermieter zu haben). Fluminimaggiore ist eine nette kleine Gemeinde mit mehreren guten Pizzerien und Restaurants sowie verschiedenen kleinen, aber recht gut sortierten Supermärkten (sogar Sojajoghurt gab es zu kaufen). Der nächstgelegene lange Sandstrand (ca. 10 Autominuten) ist sehr sauber, gut zu erreichen und schön. An einigen Tagen war es sogar fast windstill. Uns war es dafür zu heiß, aber auch einige Ausflugsziele (schöne Grotte, Menhire, Tempel, stillgelegte Minien, Städte wie Iglesias etc) kann man ab "Flumi" leicht erreichen. Köstlich war auch das Abendessen, dass wir eines Abends in der nahegelegenen Ranch mit Zimmervermietung der Gastgeber genossen haben (Guiseppe ist gelernter Koch). Also Empfehlung ohne Einschränkung!

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung
Gemütliche, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung im authentischen Ort Fluminimaggiore. Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Ausflugsziele am Strand und in den Bergen. Sehr nette, gut organisierte Vermieter mit Ansprechpartner in Deutschland und vor Ort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!
