Beautiful property and amazing host made for a spectacular Tuscan experience
Our group consisted of 9 adults and 4 kids. The property is spacious and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The grounds are well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the pool area. The views (rolling Tuscan hills, sunflower fields and Lucignano) from the property are formidable and the sunset is even more spectacular.
The villa is strategically located catering to a wide range of interests and places to visit: Florence, Pisa, Rome, Siena, Cortona, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Lucignano etc. Arezzo is only half hour away and has a good train station that links up to all major cities.
What made our vacation great was our hostess Monia who went above and beyond the call duty to tend to every single one of our requests or questions. Whether it was about sharing her own olive oil/her dad's olive oil or accompanying us to a truffle hunt or calling the butcher shop in Torrita Di Siena so we can purchase lamb meat or taking us to a local cheesemaker or taking us to a wholesale place to purchase wines in bulk, Monia never hesitated to take time out of her work schedule to make sure that we were having a great time.
She was always available to us at short notice. She is a special hostess and succeeded in making our vacation truly special.

Excellent stay in Tuscany
Very good communication through renting the property including immediate response to any questions and providing documentation required for visa purposes. House was as described with lots of space for our party of 12 people. The house, pool and property were all spotless, and the view over the valley was amazing. Very well located with easy access to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano (places we visited). Monia did a great job of answering questions about the area during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again if we get the opportunity to return to the area.

beautiful views and great pool area
the house is very spacious inside and is clean and covinient. outside there is alot of space and the garden is green and taken care of. the host is very nice and attentive to problems. Still the price is a bit high in my opinion. Overall we had a great time.

Tolles Haus mit mega Pool und viel Platz - und Potential
Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern.
Positives:
Das Haus hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder, sodass sich jeder in seinen „Bereich“ zurückziehen konnte. Auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche im Haus waren sehr großzügig, sodass man gemeinsam essen kann. Der Pool ist fantastisch!
Negatives:
Es gab nur noch eine Pergola am Pool, in der zwei Tische mit 8 Stühlen stand. Die anderen Pergolen sind einen Sturm zum Opfer gefallen. Daher sind wir mit den Kindern immer erst ab 12 Uhr an den Pool, da erst dann durch Bäume oder Sträucher Schatten vorhanden war - gerade mit den Kindern war uns das bei knapp 40 Grad wichtig.
Leider fehlt ein schattiger Sitzplatz mit großem Tisch und Stühlen am Haus, sodass man abends oder morgens zusammen draußen sitzen kann. Es gab lediglich 2 Bierbankgarnituren… und auf der kleinen Terrasse am Hauseingang war es sehr eng. Den fehlenden Schatten haben wir dann dadurch kompensiert, dass wir immer sehr spät abends gegessen haben. Und morgens haben wir das Frühstück um 10:30 abbrechen müssen, sonst wäre uns alles davon geschmolzen…
Leider waren im Innenbereich manche Bereiche nicht so gut geputzt… und die Bäder in Summe recht veraltet und teilweise defekt.
Fazit:
Schöne erholsame Woche in einem Haus mit viel Potential! Die Gastgeberin Monia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle unsere Kritikpunkte aufgenommen und will sich zeitnah darum kümmern. Die defekte Duschbrause wurde zum Beispiel sofort repariert.
