Welcome to Marshwinds 2A! This 3 bedroom condo has marsh views from multiple angles as a corner unit. Lounge on the porch couches or dine with a cool beverage on the screen porch while watching the Lowcountry wildlife. Take a dip in the community pool or head across the walking bridge to the beach and downtown area. Charleston is a short 25 minute drive away.
Cozy up in the marsh view living room on the plush and modern furnishings. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV after a fun day in the sun. Dining area sits 4 guests and opens up to the fully stocked kitchen. Prepare and serve your family meals with ease while never being left out of the conversation. Dine outdoors on the screen porch at the outdoor dining table that seats 6.
Sunbathe and swim at community pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. The beach is approximately a 12 minute walk, or a short bike ride or drive away. Public beach accesses are found at every block and nearly every half block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible. Condo is on the 1st floor above the ground level parking.
Wake up to marsh views in the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king bed, TV, and full, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Step out onto the screen porch from your private porch access door. Guest bedroom 2 acts as a second master suite with a queen bed, TV, and it's own, private bathroom. Third bedroom sleeps 2 guests with 2 twin beds and a small TV. Final full bathroom can be accessed from the twin bedroom and the hallway. Full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway closet. High quality linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
The beach and downtown Folly Beach areas are only a few minute drive away, or you can take a stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge to everything. Pop in and out of beach shops in the downtown Folly Beach area, explore markets (select days of week), live music, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to burgers and pizza to oceanfront, higher-end dining. Folly Beach County Park on the West End of the island has restrooms and wide beach to spread out. It's a great, easy location to enjoy your beach day! Visit the Morris Island Lighthouse beach on the far East End of the island that is absolutely photo-worthy.
Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles in the Marshwinds complex. Parking passes will be provided as needed, maximum of 2 per unit. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo.This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Carts are provided by the complex management company to easily take your belongings up to your condo. Full list of condo rules & policies is provided upon check-in. Community Pool due to open around beginning of April and closes in October, HOA determines exact dates.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
