Nice for the price.
Nice hotel. Not brand new. Staff very nice and helpful. Not sure if there is an elevator. I can’t comment on the pool or breakfast because we did not use / have either of them. Bed was comfortable. All of the main areas of the room seemed clean. Less used parts of the room needed dusting (cob webs in the corner of the room & the bathroom vent). The curtains seemed aged. Overall we felt comfortable here. Nearby is Rolling Meadows Restaurant - very good place to have breakfast or lunch.

The sheets were stained, towels were dingy. The black out curtains where partially off the track And we could hear the people above and next to us. The staff would did not give eye contact and seemed a bit short when spoken to. The trashcans outside were full of spider webs and the outside definitely could use a power wash.

They did not clean my room on day two of a three day stay. The sink stopper did not work, was removed but not replaced. The table lamp did not work but was later fixed. The tv channel list is useless. The toaster did not work. The back enterance was hard to open

The location is convenient and pet friendly. It is an older hotel but the inside is updated, clean and the room was large. Breakfast bar had a lot of options. There is no elevator but it is only 2 floors for individuals with trouble walking up or down stairs, request a 1st floor room. Plenty of land to walk a dog close to the hotel.
