The bathroom in our first room was disgusting! There looked to be urine and hair on the back of the toilet they you could only see if the lid was down. The area behind the door looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned in months. The corner by the tub and wall was black and gross. We were moved to a different room that looked cleaner but we did find a used towel hanging on the hook behind the door. We would have moved but we had someone else staying there and they said their room was fine. Also when I went to use the hairdryer it didnā€™t work. We tried all the buttons, switches on the dryer and the outlets. The night light came on so there was power getting to the unit. I checked on the hairdryer in our partiesā€™ other room. His did not work either. My husband went down to the desk and asked if they had any other hairdryers and they said all the working ones were in the rooms.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-kept. Asked for extra pillows as the 2 provided were pretty thin. Night staff was happy to oblige. We were disappointed in the breakfast. The biscuits & gravy were cold. Otherwise, no issues and happy with the stay.
