Open floorpan is an entertainers dream! HUGE great room with stone FP and eat-in kitchen w/ island. Enjoy summer nights from the screened in porch or wrap-around deck! Primary bedroom w/ private balcony & walk-in-closet w/ large, full en-suite bathroom w/ oversized soaking tub & dual sinks. Walk-out main level hosts den w/ 2nd stone fireplace, additional bedroom & bathroom, & laundry room w/ ample storage. 2 story foyer. Easily enjoy all Abbey Springs amenities have to offer: marina, private beach, golf, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, bocce, playground.

Golf Cart is available May through September.

Fantastic weekend away
We love Abby Springs and have been renting different places for the last 5 yrs. This one by far the best. Newly renovated and the space was perfect for our family + kids. Older kids loved the hot tub and the youngers loved the kid toys. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home & great location
I booked this property for a girls weekend in October. The weather didn't cooperate, but because the house was so warm and inviting we still had a great time hunkered down on the screened in porch with blankets and in front of the fire! There is plenty of space to sprawl out and the beds are SO comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house in a beautiful development! We stayed with a group of 9 ladies - we loved the huge open gathering area to sit and spend time together. Morning coffee on the screened in porch was also a favorite. This property feels very private and like you are in the woods but is a 15 minute drive to the fun of Lake Geneva. Also great extras like two huge golf carts and a hot tub. Owner was great to work with and very flexible. Would definitely look to stay again in the future.

Great House Great Time
Really enjoyed our annual golf weekend in Lake Geneva. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of open space and a fantastic kitchen. The short drive to golf course made it even better. Mike(the owner) was very easy to work with and responded quickly. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Perfect Abbey Springs/LG getaway
We had a large group of friends for a golf/Lake Geneva getaway trip, and this place worked perfect for us. Played the course (at a discount b/c we were staying at the resort) which was fun and challenging with some beautiful views of the lake. The home had a great screened in porch and nice back patio with a hot tub. Plenty of space inside, stocked with all the amenities etc. We didn't use the golf carts but they were available in the unit. We actually walked back and forth to the main clubhouse a few times, easy 20 minute stroll. Owner was responsive and helpful. We'll hopefully be back.

Quick getaway
The house was perfect and so was the weather. Our children, spouses, and new granddaughter were able to enjoy all Abbey Springs had to offer, working out, pool time, golf, walks along the lake.Hope to repeat next year.The owner was easy to reach.
