The Campaniletto is an villa dating back to the 16th century located north-east of Rome in the Sabina area Which stretches from the banks of the Tiber River to the Monti Sabini hills.
The villa is immersed in rolling hills covered with olive trees which climb towards the steeper mountains with its vast forests of oak trees. On each hilltop we find either a small medieval town, a castle or a monastery to visit. "The Campaniletto sits at the top of a hill framed by thick woods and an olive grove offering a breathtaking view over the valley of the Natural Reserve of" Tevere - Farfa ". Its unique position offers both seclusion and privacy without being isolated. A short pleasant walk, just 400 meters, will take you to the nearby town of Forano with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The vlla can accommodate froma minimum of 4 to a maximum of 12 guests since some of the bedroom have a loft with additional beds. On the groundfloor we have a large living room with french windows which open on the garden, a kitchen will fridege, stove and kitchen appliances such as a Nespreso coffeee machine, next to the living room is a very large dining room which can seat 16. the groundfloor has a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor we have the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a loft with 3 additional single beds, a twin bedroom which has bunk beds which can sleep four, a large bathroom with bathtub, and another bedroom with living room which has a queensize bed, and in its lof a kingsize bed. This room also gives access to a large terrace.In the guesthouse we find a queensize bed with shower and a kitchenette.
The villa is surrounded by a 5000 m_ meticulously landscaped garden Which includes a 4 X 12 meter pool, a pergola, an outdoor wood oven for cooking and a small guesthouse with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
