Location fine, property lacked care
Having said we did not speak Italian we were welcomed by nice caretaker who only spoke Italian. This would not have been a problem if the property had any local information, but we found nothing. Normally there is a guide saying where the local shops are; the number for the emergency doctor and other useful information. Even getting out the gate at the bottom of the stairs involved climbing on it to see there was a button on the other side. When we did have a problem with the washing machine it was fixed very quickly. Having said there was air conditioning in fact that only covered some of the rooms and we were put off using it by the caretaker checking the electricity meter first. The wifi only worked some of the time.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé, chambres confortables et climatisées.
Un balcon pratique à côté de la cuisine.
Et surtout une incroyable terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle.
Une partie couverte permettant de prendre ses repas à l ombre.
Lydia et Giuseppe sont très agréables et disponibles.
Le tout à 2 minutes de la plage.
Le paradis pour des magnifiques vacances en famille!

Bello e comodo appartamento,arredato con molto gusto.Terrazza attrezzata per cene romantiche di fronte al mare.Vastissimo solarium con spettacolare vista del Golfo di Gaeta.Spiaggia praticamente sotto casa.Supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.Proprietari persone d',,altri tempi,simpatici,gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.Piacevole vacanza,senz'altro da replicare.
