Beautiful cottage - great location in Old Town near Colorado State University!

For relaxation or working away from home you CAN have it all here in Old Town Fort Collins! Our two bedroom carriage house welcomes you with all things convenient, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including two cruiser bicycles (complete with helmets and locks) ,a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.

Lovely and Convenient!
The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful stay
Perfect spot for a family of four (adults) to celebrate their brother's graduation from CSU graduate program. Very close to campus, clean, very attentive host who let us check in early, and nice to have coffee at the ready in the kitchen. This is our second stay here and I would come back in a heartbeat. Very reasonable price as well.

Great cottage and location

The cottage was lovely, very clean, and Well stocked The only issue is the spiral staircase and our luggage. Downtown Fort Collins was lovely, wonderful food. The ghost tour was a lot of fun.

House was nicer than pictures convey. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, everything is there to fix meals. Outdoor grill and firepit were added bonus. Beds were very comfy! Perfect location and easy in/out access.

My wife and I have stayed in several VRBO in Ft Collins and this was our favorite place. The cottage is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and smells good. The owners do an excellent job proving everything needed and some that we didn't consider like rain jackets, bikes, outdoor fire pit, etc. This is a perfect place for couples or those traveling with small children. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven but there's a George Forman grill, skillet, BBQ and other amenities. The location is excellent and walking distance to CSU. Also, you have your own parking space which is a premium in this community. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a well-appointed, charming, private and quiet place. It's in a very convenient neighborhood, with safe off-street parking. The outdoor space is a bonus - lovely to sit and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we are back in Fort Collins we hope this is available again.

Old Town Charming Cottage
The cottage is in a great location for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Many great restaurants are in walking distance. All the comforts of home were wrapped up in this adorable cottage. Loved our stay!

This was an ideal place to spend 10 days visiting our granddaughters in Fort Collins. They were able to spend several nights staying in the upper loft. We had several cookouts and dinners in the outside patio area. Very clean and anything we needed was provided. We will be back again later this year.

This place is very comfortable and has everything you need during a vacation. The bed is very comfortable, too. This is our second time visiting our son in Fort Collins and we had fun shopping, eating out, hiking, and biking. If you visit, you must have breakfast at the Silver Grille.

The only problem being the stairs going upstairs I did not see that in the pictures and my daughter who is staying upstairs had a very hard time taking her luggage up there. Clean, very well organized, everything you need to enjoy Old Town. Will definitely come back and try the bikes! The host really goes above and beyond to make one feel welcome. If you have a student at CSU, it is a super convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of restaurants, etc. Thank you so much. We will be back for sure.

Cozy property but I wouldn't stay there again. The manager stated that they could accommodate an early check in, but then they didn’t follow through. There were personal pictures up, there were a lot of moths in the apartment, and the yard was overgrown and not private enough for me to enjoy.

Compact cottage, good location
The cottage is tiny and very compact. It was ok for 2 adults but could be challenging if there were more people. The location is good, just a few blocks from CSU (and a great restaurant, Cafe Bluebird) and walkable to downtown Ft. Collins shops, restaurants, and bars. The cottage is located between two fairly busy streets so there was a lot of street noise, but despite the density of this older neighborhood, we didn't see or hear any other people (maybe because CSU was out of session). The weed-filled yard is shared with 2 other units and could use some serious attention. All in all, a serviceable solution for our first trip to Ft. Collins.
