Very friendly and attentive staff. Common areas were always being attended to. The front door was key card access only after 10pm which made me feel much safer. The only thing that would have made this the perfect stay was if there were a continental breakfast, but I knew there wasn’t one when I booked it. It just would’ve put the stay over the top had there been one. Sam assisted us with a matter over the phone twice prior to our stay and was wonderful!! Excellent visit. Thank you!

I was forced to stay in a different room than what I had booked. I ended up having to stay in a handicap room with a very slow draining shower that also caused water to splash on most of the bathroom floor. The beds are pretty hard and not very comfortable. I liked the restaurants in the area such as Cafe Rio and there is also a goodwill across the street for easy thrifting.

Quick overnight. Quiet setting. Roomy. Knew ahead of time that this facility does not offer a free breakfast, but the room was complete with a kitchen so that we could make our own if we had wanted to. Decided to go out for breakfast instead.
