Our only complaint was that the website we did booking on listed a hot tub as part of the amenities, which was in fact close to half the reason we opted to book our stay. This should be changed for the Loveland location.

We are back here for second visit and was very pleased with check in and also bar server was very efficient and friendly. We would always make this a stop if coming back to this area for car show again

We had an ill 91 year old, they rushed the clean on our room and we were able to check in early. We were here for the Good Guys show and there wasn't a parking fee for the 4 vehicles that we brought, that also was huge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From check in to check out was top notch! The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out.There's plenty of parking, well lit & safe. I love the layout & scenery of the lobby, dining room & hallway area! Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was always hot, fresh & delicious with a nice variety. The baristas at Starbucks where super helpful & did a wonderful job. The gal working 9/2/24 served us most of our stay & she knows her coffee! It was perfect everytime! The two gentlemen working at the bar where fun, welcoming & awesome! They suggested a new drink for me to try, it was delicious!!! (Ice tea, Peach Crown & peach simple syrup) Housekeeping was top notch & took pride in their work. Our room was crisp and clean. Room service for food was delicious, fast & had an amazing presentation! The restaurant has the best food, you won't leave hungry or disappointed! I loved the beauty mirror attached to the bathroom wall. The bed & pillows where so comfy! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The fridge and microwave worked well. Water was always nice and hot with good pressure. Our mountain top view was breathtaking! Black out curtains did their job. The only "negative", walls are a little thinner by the highway & front door. No different than any other hotel. We turned the tv on low & set a timer. We didn't use the pool or gym but they looked well taken care of. Embassy will be our go to Loveland Co. hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience! :)
