The cabin is on the top of the world just minutes from town on the border of Maine and New Brunswick overlooking the Aroostook River. Play 18 holes of golf across the street, connect to major snowmobile and ATV trails from the backyard, hunt the North Maine Woods, or get caught up on some desk work in peace!

Definition of cozy
A quick visit to the county for some r&r and leaf peeping with my wife and two teenage girls and pup. Everyone love the house (now my wife wants a pellet stove) beds were comfy, everything we needed in the kitchen, and sports stuff for the kids and a run for the dog!

The owners have set this cabin up to have everything you need while on vacation. I mean, I bought mayonnaise to make a sandwich and when I arrived I discovered they had mayonnaise and other condiments in the fridge and plenty of spice selections in the pantry. Thoughtful stuff like that really makes a place worth booking. This was a trip for two guys going to a sports meet, so we each got our own room, but we noticed that the cabin is priced low enough that it would not be an extravagant booking for one couple, and would be a steal for a large family or two or three couples, with room enough for 6 people easily. I'd love to book this place again next time if it is available.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We loved watching the baby foxes play with their den adjacent to the property. We saw 4 deer in the potato fields while driving back one night. Excellent setup for sitting outside for your morning coffee or by the fire at night. Scott was very attentive to my messaging, and helped me get an extra night at the last minute. He went the extra mile by setting it up in VRBO for us. He was a great host. We'd go there again.
