Was stranded during Hurricane Milton, and they easily helped me to extend my stay. Saw lots of people sheltering at the Hotel with their Pets as well. The hotel team was Kind, Understanding, & Helpful. The rooms themselves and the Lobby Facilities absolutely stellar. Highly Recommend to anyone long term or just passing through. Check in and check out was quick. Airport shuttle did not run as planned. I arrived 15 mins early and waited whenever driver was late he told me I had to wait another 30 mins. Very unorganized and no communication. Very little options for food, they were out of many items on then menu. Whenever I did receive my food it was greasy and overcooked on top. Would not stay here again.

The staff here are outstanding—super friendly, really service-oriented. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, and have a lot of thoughtful touches (for example, power bricks with multiple adapters, light-blocking curtains). Two less-good notes for future travelers: 1) you have to call for the airport shuttle even if the messaging to the hotel via the Marriott app says that it automatically runs every 30 minutes; 2) the food at the bar is awful. The cocktails are great and the bartenders are friendly but the food is barely edible. Even with that said, I’d stay here again for the clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Hip, updated good location. $15 Uber to Los Olas area with shopping and restaurants. Alia ar the front desk helped with printing of luggage tags for our cruise due to their lobby printer being down. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Great View of the Port
We booked a Corner View Room where we could see the port with the cruise ship. The first room the young lady put us in wasnt what i booked. I went down to let her known and at first she was trying to tell me it was a corner view room and i told her it wasn't and she try and say that all the rooms are and when i told her that it was false advertising then she happened to find a room available that was what i booked. After this incident everything else was great. The view of the port with the cruise ships and it must have been a car show in the area there was a lot of exotic cars driving around the area. The rooftop pool and lounge was a great place to chill.

The corner view room was AMAZING. It felt very open and had a great view of the surrounding area. The only drawback was the amount of street noise that was audible inside of the room. Not sure how much that could be helped with the two glass walls, but it made for a very restless night's sleep.
