Go to check In and they canceled our room due to overbooking and claimed they emailed us but didn’t tell hotels.com. So rude and sent us on goose chase for another room at another hotel at midnight. Would not recommend. Thankfully hotels.com helped us out but this hotel and the service is awful. Beware!

Great hotel! Very close to airport with free shuttle and close to cruise terminal! Cheap uber to cruise terminal due to being so so close! Nice new modern property. Downfall: if sharing a room with others the bathroom is funky only dividing it with a shower curtain- no privacy is a huge loss for me in giving this property 5 stars.

When we asked the front desk for service they said they would check on our room issue and then never did. The front desk staff offered the guests before us information on shuttle sercices for cruise tetminals. They did not offer us the information. We had to ask them specifically to cover it for us. We spend a lot of money at the bar/diner. The food was from a freezer..obviously been there a while and then wamed up in a microwave. It was extremely overpriced and tasted awful. The drinks were the only good thing we can report. They advertised breakfast but again it was frozen items to be warmed up in a microwave. Not even coffee/tea selections. It was lower priced compared to other hotels. We got what we paid for. Would not stay here again.

Close to the airport and cruise port. Shuttle pick up from airport was fast. Great view of cruise port from roof top. Several restaurants within a $10 uber. Large spacious room with super comfy beds. Private company in lobby arranging cruise shuttles for $12 per person.
