The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in early after a red eye flight. The food in the bar area was not very good but there is a nice restaurant “Lester’s” within walking distance that was open 24 hrs and very nice menu. Very close to airport and cruise port. Took airport shuttle which was very fast and easy, took an uber to cruise terminal so I didn’t have to wait or pay for the shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Nice hotel but noisy
Aloft is an attractive hotel in a great location for those departing on cruises or going to the airport. The design is modern and "industrial-chic". The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Where this hotel is lacking is that the room design makes it very hard to get a good night's sleep. The noise from the street was significant with car engines racing and sirens blaring at all hours. Also, the way the bathroom is situated, it is impossible to use without lighting up much of the room. I'm not a big fan of barn door style bathroom doors either.

Great location for the cruise port.
We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat nearby. There’s nothing much near the hotel, but this didn’t matter for us.

Good location. It’s close to the port and the airport. Nice and clean and modern. Staff are friendly. My arrived around 11:AM and they let me checked in and got in to my room early. Which is very nice. Highly recommended!

Stayed here because the airport shuttle service. Asked about it when I checked in and was told it runs every 30 min. 24 hours. Found out next morning by check out the shuttle wasn’t running.

The front desk hostess was extremely cordial and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and facilities. The airport transportation was also friendly and on time. We will definitely stay again
