Great location
We had a little difficulty checking-in, but our host was very diligently worked in order to get us into our room. The property was cleaned and very close to the beach. Wonderful host.

Anniversary Staycation
My husband and I loved what we have deemed as our "love nest". We decided to do a staycation on Ft Lauderdale Beach (we live 30 minutes away in Miramar) and found this gem! It is exactly how it looks in the pictures and is literally a 2-minute stroll to a very nice beach. There are many nice restaurants within a 5 minute driving distance . We even cooked in one night in the well equipped kitchen and then watched movies on Netflix on the super big TV. If I had to say something negative, it would be the the a/c units can be kind of loud, but it didn't even bother me. We hope to stay here again for our next staycation.

My husband and I came for a weekend to attend a wedding. Everything was great! Just enough space for us. The location was perfect. Easy to get to and right by the beach! I wasn’t able to hit the beach this time around but I would definitely return to this property to try again! Book your stay, you will not regret it!

Cute and convenient
My husband and I stayed at this cute bungalow during a short trip to the area to go scuba diving. It was in a great location close to the beach and all the local attractions. The beach was across the street not even 5 minutes away. And our dive site was less than a 10 minute drive. The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay as well as a cute outside area as well. drive

the location of this place is amazing and the price was great…no complaints except to be forewarned that it is not central a …two box units luckily one is in the bedroom and did not affect our sleeping…if there during really hot weather you miss the benefits of central ac overall i would stay again

This area was a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants. Communication seems to be computer generated and any questions asked are not answered. The people staying monthly were a great help in answering questions. I would definitely stauly here again.

Great location, poor communication, property needs attention to detail
Great location, very near beach. Needs a true deep cleaning / dusting. Communication with the host was disappointing. We were able to finally contact them to get the passcode to enter. The toilet was not bolted down properly, I had to repair the handle to make it flush and the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Bathroom was the worst part of the trip. Needs to be updated. Tv remote did not work, they said there was WiFi but we were unable to connect. There was no info sheet or guide about the property, no contact numbers given for onsite management / cleaning service. Kitchen was not stocked with appropriate dishes / utensils. No toaster. Overall it was a good vacation but the property needs attention.

Very dated and musty smelling
The pictures are accurate, but the smell and noise awful! The 4 plex is very old and on a very busy street. The listing said king bed, it was a queen, but comfortable.The listing stated fully stocked kitchen but had no toaster, no saucepans, no can opener and other essentials. The bathroom had very low toilet with a loose seat that flushed very slowly, and no ventilation. The space needed a dehumidifier to get rid of dampness. We kept ceiling fans running on high to dry towels and rugs. The area rugs corners were a tripping hazard.The space is located near noisy crosswalk speakers that are constantly beeping and making racket. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk not 2. The TV is massive but the remote control did not work even with new batteries. We were very glad to get home we had to wash all of our clothes and air out our luggage to get the musty smell out.

The host was amazing at allowing us to checkin early and offering us the use of a nearby facility while waiting as our cruise ended much earlier than our checkin time. The property was clean and location was amazing! We loved being just across the street from the beach. Would definitely book again!

Ft Lauderdale Bright Bungalow
This was the WORST VRBO experience! Truly a misleading advertisement. To start the door lock did not function well, took several attempts to unlock, another renter told us to keep trying it, eventually opens, they experience the same problem. Second, the filth, roach droppings in kitchen cabinets, drawers & counters, bathroom cabinet. Shocking! Stove top & oven so nasty, you wouldn't dare put food near either. Third the TV set up is an old Fire Stick version, programing limited, know way to adjust volume or turn TV off. You have to put TV in "sleep" mode. Fourth the sectional sofa is so worn out, as soon as you sit down you sink to the floor! Fifth concern, No toilet paper holder, toilet paper roll sits on the floor, the toilet seat brackets are stripped, so seat falls off. (I tried to tighten it). Weather was cool (high 40's at night) low 60's during day, there is absolutely NO heat source to take chill out of the air. Management does not respond to text or emails. We left after the second night of seven we had paid for. It was supposed to be a vacation! Stay away from this SCAM!

This unit is right across from the beach. It is spacious very clean up-to-date beautiful Decour, and everything you could need to cook a full meal.!! The host is very accommodating and very responsive. I will book this place anytime I am in Lauderdale.

Great spot right across the beach!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Even tough it sits right on a main street, we barely felt outside noises. It just steps away from the beach so huge plus! The owner was very responsive and check in / check out was really smooth. Perfect for a long weekend, getaway or even (like us) an alternative to a hotel if you are coming for work. Recommended!

Weekend get away
It's a great property with nice views and a very short walk to the ocean. I always perfer to cook when away if I can and the kitchen was a huge plus, and the grill made it complete. This place is very clean and comfortable. I will stay with this host again.
