My experience at Casa Cordova was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to enter the unit, leading to a frustrating situation where we struggled to gain access. Despite the promise of 24/7 communication, our messages went unanswered until the next day, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had to leave several days before our scheduled check-out due to a health emergency, and the management showed no concern for our situation or the money we lost. I would not recommend staying here terrible communication and lack of empathy.

The room is small the bed is very uncomfortable it sends a actual stove that you can cook on there weren’t enough wash cloths for guest if you have any there was no light outside of my room had a hard time seeing how to get in my room and that’s not safe there are no blankets for the sofa bed or the bedroom had to go and buy a blanket there need to be a complete remodeling of the rooms everything new as far as the bedroom and kitchen area. It’s not worth the price

Great little jungle room.
We had an amazing stay here. Relaxing and quiet place. Our room was just like they said it would be. Clean and cool. We enjoyed our walkway to our room. So beautiful and full of flowers and greenery. Like we were in our own little jungle. Be on the look out for the resadential iguana ❤️

I had an issue at the last moment with them wanting a picture of me holding my ID, I informed them they could of asked for that when I made reservations instead of the night before I left, with that being said the place was excellent and in a great location near Ft Lauderdale convention center,, I would highly recommend

The stay was nice and comfy. They are very flexible. They allow me to check in earlier than schedule.The only problem was the swimming time. Some people trying to sleep but its hard because of the noise.

i really want to give this property a higher rating. It has potential. For the price, it would be considered a nice property. It was cute and clean; however, the mattress and pillows were worn out. I mean not just a little but, but terrible. I had to go out and buy new pillows. I encourage management to upgrade your pillows and mattresses immediately.

My family enjoyed our 4nights stay. The property communication was great. They responded quickly and answered our questions. The property was minutes away from the Broward Convention Center. The apartment was cute and quiet. We used the grill to prepare dinner twice. The pool was clean and deep.

I loved this property. Checking was easy, communication not so much. Definitely needs a few upgrades as i had problems with the bedroom door as well as the exterior door. Could definitely use a large pan and large pot as the small ones provided made cooking very limited. I would definitely return!!
