No room service. Only upon request and it takes 24 hours once you request it for them to come. I wish someone told us when we just checked in...No coffee maker in the room. We had 4 people staying everything in the room was only set up for 2... we had to call multiple times first days to get all extras we needed. This was super annoying and not something you want to worry about when you are on vacation.

The BIGGEST turn off was the totally unexpected exorbitant up front charges. After fighting that and ultimately only being charged the EXPECTED resort fees at check-out….a little better. But also not a single soul told us ANYTHING about the property when we checked in. We had to figure things out as we went. We looked like idiots as we wandered around for what felt like HOURS trying to find a pool, had no idea that we couldn’t go ANYWHERE without swiping our cards, didn’t know that we had a little “towel card” to be allowed to use the resort’s pool towels, I HATE elevators, but couldn’t find a set of stairs to save our lives, had no idea there was a poolside bar until we stumbled upon it. And housekeeping is apparently non existent…we were there for a WEEK and not once did we see a housekeeper….same towels all week, trash built up and bagged up by ME (had to rob a couple trash bags and a 1/2 roll of TP from one of the stalls in the poolside bathroom). Regardless of all that we DID bag up all our trash and tie it up, piled up our used towels, and washed our dishes. And not to mention there were 2 bottles of water in the room (that’s it) but you were charged $9 a piece if you drank them. Overall not at all impressed…WON’T be back…

Fantastic hotel! This was our first time and we would definitely return. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a long term stay. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and early. Great value in the perfect location. Very luxurious hotel with a huge rooftop pool and bar with amazing views.

We so enjoyed our room with the Balcony to sit on and see Hollywood Beach. So close to walk everywhere. Loved watching the sunsets at the rooftop bar and restaurant. Bed was very comfortable.
