The hotel itself was excellent. However we only stayed one night and we used the valet. We dropped our rental car off and the next morning during checkout the valet brought our car to us and the passenger side mirror was completely removed. The valet initially said the previous valet driver marked that the mirror was missing when we gave him the car however when we brought up the cameras the valet changed his story.

80% percent of the enjoyment for any hotel is the staff. And let me tell you they have the absolute top people there. On top of that everything was spotless clean paired with the best rooftop pool definitely makes this one of the best stays in the city.
