Awesome stay.
Awesome hotel. At check un we were given coupons for 2 free drinks per person. Also were given 2 free bottles of water and a free beakfast the next day. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

The property is old and now looks like it is going through a major renovation. We still enjoy this hotel very much. Breakfast is always good, with a couple of free drinks between 5 and 6:30. Also a very nice pool area.

Great stay at this hotel, convenient for our cruise, with parking and shuttle device to the port. Delicious fish sandwich for dinner and very nice breakfast.

Top Notch
We were able to check in early after a cruise. The room wasn't ready in the morning but we went to lunch and were texted when the room was available. The place was very busy but we received prompt service.

The hotel room had dirty towels hanging behind the door and only 2-towels that were dubious. The food at the restaurant was horrible and we had to send back twice and waitress seemed annoyed to be asked to get water or napkins. One service told me not to speak Spanish. WTCrazy. The room was never cleaned up on our second day. And getting a bottle of water was an ordeal. It seemed more like a hostel then a 3-star hotel.

The room clean up process was laking, The bed was done in a a very sloppy manner and the tables were not cleaned nor the toilet. parking is a hassle. First day upon arrival at 3am, staff was bothered by our arrival, no help with luggage at all and we were asked to bring the luggage cart back to the reception area after arriving at 3 am. Staff is arrogant and not helpful. The building is nice and the area is unquestionably great. But the hotel service is in need for an upgrade.

The front desk seemed so swamped, felt sorry for the lack of staff as they were super busy. Super friendly and helpful when it came to out turn…only suggestion is to have a couple more staff on to help out

We weren’t informed about ANYTHING when checking in the girl only said our room number to us, it’s under construction (which is fine) but it doesn’t look anything like the pictures, spa and pool were pretty gross.
