They ran out of breakfast by 8am. Pretty much none of their customers got much to eat. On top of that none of the staff present wanted to take things into their hands & do something about the situation. What an absolute disaster of a stay. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night. Never again going to best western, period.

Very loud outside all night kept us up Beds are on wood bed frames and the mattress kept sliding around. Needed to constantly get up and push the mattress back into its place. Super annoying Staff was friendly, and shuttle service to the airport was appreciated Breakfast was blah. Just go to McDonald’s, which is 2 mins away

There was mold on the lampshades, walls, and fixtures. The pool deck and surrounding area were closed, with signs saying that they were unsafe. This meant that there was no outdoor space other than the tiny entrance off the parking lot. Our shuttle driver was having issues with the dispatch process, so we spent our entire ride listening to him complain.

My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend trip. It’s the holidays and I appreciate the lobby being decorated. Felt nice and cozy. Big up Abel. Very nice, polite and accommodating with any questions or concerns. Free airport shuttle is a plus. Rooms are basic but clean. Appreciate the fact they have a washer/dryer however during our stay they ran out of detergent. What I didn’t like was how slow the elevators are especially going to the 7th floor. The food options were ok but there is Dennys and MacD next door.

Not my favorite hotel.
Place is dark looking and weird. Room wasn’t the most clean standard but you pay for what you get. It’s the type of place you would expect to find cockroach’s but yet there was none. The walls are thinner than usual. The 7/10 rating seemed high for this place.

Front deck receptionist was rude, breakfast was disappointing no one attending the stations, people sneezing and coughing on the food was unacceptable, bathroom door had problems to open and to closed. No soap in the bathroom had to go to front desks to get one.
