We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Bedrooms and living areas were great. Kitchen was slightly under stocked and would have expected it to have the basics like at a hotel (ie: regular coffee, tea and creamer… there were only flavoured available in the house). We arrived late at night, so we had to make do until we could go shopping. We also needed a cookie sheet to prep our supper, which was not available. Aluminum foil and plastic wrap or ziplock baggies would be handy in a kitchen. However, there was a bottle of wine and a water bottle for each of the 8 of us, as well as a few packs of snack sized chips… this was absolutely lovely and appreciated after a long day of flying. Shampoos and soaps were available for our use which was great. A hair dryer would be good, as those that need one don’t typically travel with them as they are available at hotels and on cruise ships. The only real negative thing we encountered was the sleeping arrangements. We are a group of 8, but only 2 couples. 2 were sisters who planned to sleep in the same bed, and that was fine. The last 2 are an 80 year old uncle and his 65 year old niece. We planned that the 80 year old would sleep in the remaining bed, and the 65 year old would sleep on the sofa bed. When we asked the owner where the bedding was, they answered by saying that we only registered 8 guests, so there was no extra bedding in the house. I specifically booked based on the configuration of beds. We NEEDED 5 beds. (Will add:…
