STINKY STAY!!! PLEASE BEWARE
Upon arrival I should have known this was going to be an AWFUL stay. Michael was sleeping in the dining area and we woke him up. He claim to be getting fresh coffee but coffee was ICE COLD (I checked) We were told we would not get the room we booked and was given a cramped king room with a pull out bed. I let Michael know I was not happy with this and he said first come first served. I then contacted hotels.com for early check out and was told Hampton inn would have to refund me for remaining two nights. Was then told by Michael that we couldn’t get a refund and he would contact us by 2pm to get moved to the “right” room. Never heard from him again. Room had ROACHES (see pics bc it won’t let me upload video) towels dingy and stench throughout ENTIRE HOTEL. Only one elevator worked and keypad only worked at one entrance around the building. Breakfast was ok (older guy server was so sweet and helpful. Would not recommend this hotel as it’s not up to standards and Michael at front desk needs to get out of hospitality as he is rude and condescending when it comes to how I spend my hard earn money. Thank you to the nice front desk on last night of 3 night holiday weekend who put us in the right room but again still cramped up and roaches. Luckily we were visiting family and tried not to spend much time at the property
