We were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience at the hotel. We stayed for one night after getting off of a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise port and airport. There are several dining options within walking distance from the hotel. The room was incredibly clean, fresh smelling, and huge (rm 506 if I remember correctly). The hotel staff were so nice, they held our luggage until our room was ready, and got us in 3 hours before the 3 pm check-in time. They also got us on the list for the morning shuttle to the airport (shuttle was on time and a great experience). I will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Only thing we didn’t like was the airport shuttle. It was a 30 minute wait and we just ended up taking a taxi. People ahead of us at hotel were also very frustrated by this (they’d waited over a hour for the shuttle). Shuttle to the cruise terminal was expensive ($15/person). There were 6 of us so would have been $60. We ended up getting an Uber for $21. Other than this, the hotel was great. Very comfortable bed!

Think twice before booking
We were put in a room that overlooked the sewer plant and it smelled really bad. We asked to be moved. They weren’t happy and put us in a room that hadn’t really been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets had stuff on it. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed. We had no water pressure in the shower. Very disappointed.

Good place. Close to airport with free shittle service. Best thing is only 10 min walk to water taxi. Full day with that and can visit alot of places within Ft. Lauderdale.
