This was not a "hotel" as the name says. It was a very old motel. The pictures on hotels.com must be from many years ago. The bathroom was scary. I didn't even want to use it. The water pressure in the shower was very slow. THE DOOR HAS A BIG CREASE IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS STILL OPEN. I WAS UP ALL NIGHT LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SAFE. The office staff was rude. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.

Disgusting property and terrible customer service
It was the most absolutely disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen it had holes punched in the walls and the hotel was falling apart, all that on top of the hotels bait and switch practices they are a complete scam and just chase fees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here ever I would’ve rather slept in my car. Idk who wrote the good reviews because there’s no way in hell

Just the worst
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never left a property mid reservation before but they kept trying to charge us multiple fees everyday. Rooms were in disrepair but we knew it was a get what you pay for situation based on other reviews. We just needed a place to sleep and this staff treated us like garbage. Was told multiple times, "I make the rules here!" Do not waste even a penny at this place.

Hidden resort and parking fees. Not quite sure how this place can even get away with calling themselves a resort. It doesn't even come close.number one The pools are the size of a postage stamp and are disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting.It needs to be redrywalled from damage. There was no hot water the entire three days that we were there. They charge you seventeen dollars a day for parking.When there's only two parking spaces for approximately ten rooms. If the garage was not open for free parking due to the hurricane, I would have had nowhere to park. I was provided 2 towels for a room with 2 people for 4 day stay. When I asked the front desk for extra bath towels and washcloths. Because we only got one washcloth. By the way, 4 2people, I was told it would be there.They never came even though I contacted the desk three times. Customer service is horrible. The grounds are horrible.The room was decent clean. However, what is the point of having a kitchenette if you have absolutely no dishes, no utensils, no coffee cups or anything, to make use of. The microwave barely heated up my food.It took five minutes to heat up a bowl of noodles that I had left over from a restaurant. The only reason they get one star is because of the location.The beach is beautiful and only a short walk away, and so is the boardwalk. Oh, and despite me being there for disaster evacuation due to hurricane milton, they still charged a thirty five dollars a night pet fee!

Fun and bad.
Everything. Was alright and then I found a couple roaches in the room. I let the front desk know upon my checkout. It's a great location close to the beach. The convenience store is alright. A little expensive for some peoples. That's on vacation when they can go to a store right down the road. The breakfast dining hall can do a little better.
Doors need access to peep out of before opening.

The studio was comfortable enough to stay overnight.. the office is not so good. They have so many fees you still have to pay after booking the room. I don’t recommend anyone to book here if you don’t read the booking instructions throughly. Yes it’s a min walk from the beach, nice sight seeing.
