Nice new hotel, but badly located in homeless ghetto. Very lazy staff. Without proper management it will be soon another sh..t hole. Advise - ether stop doing breakfasts, or clean propporly.

The property is fairly new. Rooms are large and modern. Hotel is located in downtown Ft. Lauderdale which is being built up. The hotel is a 10-minute Uber ride from Wilton Manors.

Only complaint was poor service by a couple of staff (one at the front desk and one for room service). But other staff were quite friendly. The hotel had everything we needed and more. It was clean, had free overnight parking across the street, laundry, free breakfast, games room, free coffee all day, a small kitchen in the room, and good security. One of the better hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range.

The property is good, I just wish I’d know it was next to a brightline station that warrants a lot of people walking and hanging around. Be careful when venturing out at night and during the day

I liked the hotel chain, that is why I chose this particular one. However, it was near the local train station, trains passing often and earlier than expected . There were lots of transients hanging out there, made it feel unsafe. The staff were helpful when I had concerns or questions. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t open.

The property it’s in a safe area it’s looking good too also there’s certain issue it’s the pool it’s in renovation and also you need to paid for parking! After that everything was good!
