We had 2queen beds on the 8 th floor with ocean view. They allowed us to check in early because we came back from cruise. Also we hold our luggage until 6 pm bc our flight got delayed on the checkout day. Very convenient location, spacious and clean. beach is across the street- I travelled alone with my two daughters age 17 and 19 -felt very safe. Staffs are nice. Sean is extremely helpful and super nice and he made our stay really warm and enjoyable. He went above and beyond and Very polite and helpful. this is our first time at this place but and I would recommend and definitely come back and stay here. They gave us 2 chairs and towels. For umbrella you have to pay $30 extra. Pool on the 5th floor with ocean view.

So thrilled we booked this hotel. The service from the start was great. We arrived early around 1:30 not expecting to check in but staff was apologetic that our room was not ready. They held our bags and we went for lunch and called us when it was. When we came back they had already brought our bags to our room. We booked a marina view but got ocean view instead. Honestly think either view would be nice. Ocean you get the ocean and the sunrise. Marina you get to watch the boats and get the sunset. The hotel room had nice sheets and tall ceilings that made the room even more luxurious. They had beach chairs across the road on the beach in front. The location is quiet but a block away from great restaurants and bars. Also close to number 6 stop for the boat taxi. Just book it you wont regret it.

Amazing view with awful Wi-Fi
Modern hotel, awful Wi-Fi (5-10mbps, they charge $5/day for better speeds - crazy!! There were moments I got 1.5mbps. Even youtube won't work), great room, great restroom, marina view is better than Seaview.

It is a smaller boutique style hotel. Rooms are larger than your standard hotel rooms.The room was clean but the bathroom had some beach sand on the ledge which was unpleasant to see. Lobby is fairly small and unimaginative. Parking is exorbantly expensive and you only have valet as an option. Dining options on site are extremrly limited. Staff is cordial and pleasant.

I was shocked that this was in partnership with Hilton as I felt it was a 3 star hotel at best. The pool area was dirty and the pool had missing tiles. The staff were a mix of miserable and standoffish and extremely helpful. Alex at the pool was great as was Sean in reception who could not do enough and the bar staff. Having to use your key card everywhere was very irritating. Even at the restrooms in reception and the restrooms by the pool. It was excessive and made me feel very unsafe that they felt the need to have such extreme security. The food from Riviera was very good and I loved the 2 free cocktails every day which I thought was a nice touch. The location was extremely good too.
