I recently booked 2 rooms at this hotel and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by an overwhelming, unpleasant smell that seemed to linger throughout the property. The cleanliness was severely lacking – my room was dirty with specifics like stained sheets, dirty bathroom, etc. and it felt like the cleaning staff hadn’t properly done their job in some time. I couldn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the furniture or using the facilities. To make things worse, the hotel didn’t feel safe. Window and curtain specific reasons like broken locks, sketchy neighborhood, lack of security, etc.]. I didn’t feel at ease leaving my belongings in the room or even walking around the property alone. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. There are much better options in the area – avoid this one if you can

It was bad. No room phone in case I need help from my room. One should walk down to the lobby. For the tv Every channel was unavailable. When it was raining water dropped from the ceiling in the bathroom… I was unhappy

This "hotel" was in between owner changes. The doors would not lock without having to slam them and push to lock. The bathroom had no fan and also wouldnt lock. The customer service was working with what they had but couldnt even offer enough towels for 4 of us. The vending machines were broken. There was no dining area, no bar, no internet, no working TV. The beds were so uncomfortable one of our party members slept on the floor because they kept rolling off. We left before we made it 24 hours at this place and booked at another hotel instead. We would have not even stayed but it was almost 11pm when we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Do not stay at this property if you are looking to have a good time. People are living in the majority of the rooms and they are very sketchy people standing around at all times. “Recently renovated” with the cheapest Amazon furniture and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. I was told to come back in 30 mins and the room will be ready, I ended up going back every 30 minutes for 3 hours and it still wasn’t ready and the receptionist lady was cursing at me and actually tried to fight me because I asked to speak to someone else because they refused to help me. 10/10 do not recommend

I had booked through Hotels.com. I received at least 3 emails from the actual hotel so I assumed we were good. However, upon reaching the hotel, we were told they had no reservation for us & they were fully booked. I think, because we found out that there was a Taylor Swift concert in town, that the hotel re-sold my reservation for a higher price. Would not recommend.

stunk as if someone was cooking drugs. They tried to cover it up with Pine-Sol. No coffee, TV did not work and refrigerator face was smashed in, wasn't working. Nothing but hoodies and hookers around the place, just terrible. Now fighting to get my money back, did not stay even an hour.

2520 Stirling Rd. Hollywood
We were there because we had to evacuate from hurricane Milton. First they gave us a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and the keys didn't work so we had to trek back to the love which wasn't close. They did correct that. They weren't very helpful and their instructions on how to get to the room and elevator were wrong so a lot of walking back and forth for us at first. No help with baggage or offer for a cart. We had to go 3 floors and the elevator was not located conveniently. The water in the sink came out black at first. A few people there told us they used to be homeless but now were living there. Some of them were a bit unsavory but polite all the same. Not what you'd expect at a hotel. In short it was a bit stressful for the price. The refrigerator smelled so we didn't use it. On the plus side the ac worked well, the beds were comfortable and the shower was decent.

I don’t know how I get there I did the reservation to avoid this place but looks like I missed it No service no tivi ( you need to install your own version air conditioning water dripping all over the passway No coffee stand anywhere in the hotel Weed small all day basically try to avoid this place if you can Sorry for this review
