Pros Lovely property Lovely views. Modern and close to 3 excellent restaurants Near waterway Cons 1.$25 'resort fee' upon arrival. Non negotiable. Decided that since i was paying was going to use one of the serbices. Not available until midday. 2. Lip on balcony door exit area. Tripping hazard in the worst possible place. A Balcony door. This is my second time staying at this great hotel. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, and great staff. The breakfast is delicious with excellent service from the staff. The property is in a great area with lots of other great dining options close by that you can walk to.

The water out of the tap in the room is yellow and poor tasting. They charge 6$ a bottle for small plastic bottle of water. For most of us, this causes dehydration. I complained about the policy and was told no exceptions. They also charge a $25 per day destination fee in addition to the expensive room rate. That fee is not clearly disclosed before checking in. Never again.
