Hotel is very nice and room was very good, bedding excellent .The only problem was parking which you have to do valet for 40 dollars and its a lot. I would like if they can consider self parking for half of the price.

we enjoyed our 5 day retirement celebration stay. all staff were friendly, helpful, and a joy to talk to especially Tiffany and Alex. I was wanting the downtown Christmasy experience instead of beach vacation this time. The Hyatt was that perfect place, we did alot of walking, shopping and enjoying the resturants(especially Eddie V's). Very clean and spacious room
