stayed 1 night before a cruise..close to harbor shops and cruise ship...room was good size, clean..check in and out quick and easy...only thing i didnt like is bathroom sink was outside/next to the bathroom, not my style...otherwise i could recommend

Disney cruise folks you can go 2 hours earlier
if you're going on cruise this is super close and also they have a shuttle where you have to pay 9 dollars and water is not free but if you go to gym its free. Pizaa recommendation was spot on

The late night girl was not very nice. Did not want to even go complain about our issues. I waited til morning and Bianca was so so nice can and handled everything so professional and took care of my problems and compt my bill for the uncleanliness and sink not working and night employee being so rude.

Staff is great. The hotel needs to place a microwave in the rooms. It is a huge inconvenience having go to the lobby to use the microwave. The rooms are quite dusty do to the old carpet and possibly needs a filter changed. I won't stay here again

Stayed for 6 nights. Car parking is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Convenient walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants. A couple of blocks off the main highway so very quiet. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in the room to reheat any leftovers from the restaurants.

Good place for Cruise Port
The only disappointment that we had was there was no microwave in the room, but there was one you could use in the breakfast common area. We stayed here for a cruise the following day. Loved that they allowed late checkouts since our embarkation was later in the day. Convenient with cruise shuttle and the availability of Uber drivers nearby.
