The shopping in the area was very good. But the property itself was inadequate, it is cockroach infested and the carpets are filthy, I had to make too many trips to the front desk for supplies, as the front desk staff neglected to make issues known to the housekeeping staff of my needs. The billing system was very confusing and frustrating and while some of the staff was very hospitable, others had a nonchalant attitude. I will never use this property ever again, I am really disappointed in the experience, as I have stayed with hotels under the same name before and the experience was good, but it was never this bad.

The area is ok the property is ok however it has a musty smell and i found a roach in my room the last night of my stay. They need to clean and maintain the property properly !!!

Hotel smelled like a smoked out night club. The reception staff was rude. People were hanging around outside the hotel. The bathroom had a piece of gum stuck to the wall next to the tissue roll. The tub looked like it’s either rusted or dry blood. The sheets smelled smoky. The AC made these 3 different loud noises as it ran throughout the night.
